Placed a mobile order for ASAP pick up. When I arrived no one could locate my order. They finally realized my order default to a 345pm pick up time. I understand the wait and technology is not pulerfext but the delivery of the news and confusion could have been handled with more professionalism.
Sandwich was good but the potato salad was room temp and had peices of plastic in it. Something was off with the tea too. There was some stuff floating in the water too (which came out of the fountain machine).
