I ordered the jerk chicken sub and it wasn't as good as I remember but everything else we ordered was on point.

Wow I had the best meal here today. My family arrived at 12 knowing they were closing early to enjoy the holidays with their families. We sat at the bar and the bartender was fantastic. Best service ever!! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Food was great as always and came out quick. Atmosphere was great and felt very festive. I loved that everyone was wearing pajama pants to celebrate Christmas Eve. Mellow Mushroom Hiram is 10/10, everyone should go here.

Came on Christmas Eve expecting a quick bite, as their posted closing time was 3 PM. We arrived at 1:50 PM to find the restaurant mostly empty but were told they weren’t seating any more tables and could only place a to-go order. While waiting, we overheard kitchen staff talking about how they would stop seating at 2 PM and close at 3 PM. When we politely asked if they could seat us since we’d eat quickly, the front desk involved other staff, who began arguing about their cutoff policies right in front of us.

This lack of coordination and professionalism left us concerned about the quality of service and food, even though we arrived well ahead of closing time. Ultimately, we decided to leave and try another location. Disappointing experience—would not recommend this spot if you’re looking for a smooth dining experience.

The food at Mellow Mushroom is always spectacular, and tonight was no exception! Our server, Dakota, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to take fabulous care of us. He anticipated our needs so well that, other than my own order, we didn’t have to ask for a thing.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY. Tonight I ordered the Super Pepp and asked to add onions. The pizza came on whole wheat crust (Super Pepp is supposed to be thin crust) and had zero ricotta cheese on it (also supposed to be on the Super Pepp). I ordered the salted pretzels, which says they are supposed to come with mellow marinara. They came with mustard instead. My entire order is wrong. Calling the restaurant for a refund or to fix it is useless because....
The last time I ordered delivery, the pizza was the wrong size, and my order of meatballs was missing. I called the restaurant and they said they can't fix it because the Dasher messed up. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't give me a refund because there was no one there that day who could do it.
So I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the rest of my order.
BTW, THEY OUTSOURCE TO DOOR DASH WHICH MEANS WHEN THE ORDER IS WRONG, IT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON YOUR DOOR DASH APP AND THE EMAIL RECEIPT SAYS DO NOT REPLY. SO BASICALLY WHEN THERE'S A PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO CALL THE RESTAURANT AND ON A SLOW DAY NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
I really like Mellow Mushroom but if I can't order for delivery and get what I want, why wouldn't I give my business to Dominos who gets it right????
Maybe if I'm lucky, someone who matters will read this review and make it right.
