I loved the atmosphere and the customer service , i came in on christmas eve with my family and the To go ladies were super nice and friendly. Highly recommend , 10/10

Wow I had the best meal here today. My family arrived at 12 knowing they were closing early to enjoy the holidays with their families. We sat at the bar and the bartender was fantastic. Best service ever!! The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Food was great as always and came out quick. Atmosphere was great and felt very festive. I loved that everyone was wearing pajama pants to celebrate Christmas Eve. Mellow Mushroom Hiram is 10/10, everyone should go here.

Came on Christmas Eve expecting a quick bite, as their posted closing time was 3 PM. We arrived at 1:50 PM to find the restaurant mostly empty but were told they weren’t seating any more tables and could only place a to-go order. While waiting, we overheard kitchen staff talking about how they would stop seating at 2 PM and close at 3 PM. When we politely asked if they could seat us since we’d eat quickly, the front desk involved other staff, who began arguing about their cutoff policies right in front of us.

This lack of coordination and professionalism left us concerned about the quality of service and food, even though we arrived well ahead of closing time. Ultimately, we decided to leave and try another location. Disappointing experience—would not recommend this spot if you’re looking for a smooth dining experience.

The food at Mellow Mushroom is always spectacular, and tonight was no exception! Our server, Dakota, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to take fabulous care of us. He anticipated our needs so well that, other than my own order, we didn’t have to ask for a thing.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FOR DELIVERY. Tonight I ordered the Super Pepp and asked to add onions. The pizza came on whole wheat crust (Super Pepp is supposed to be thin crust) and had zero ricotta cheese on it (also supposed to be on the Super Pepp). I ordered the salted pretzels, which says they are supposed to come with mellow marinara. They came with mustard instead. My entire order is wrong. Calling the restaurant for a refund or to fix it is useless because....
The last time I ordered delivery, the pizza was the wrong size, and my order of meatballs was missing. I called the restaurant and they said they can't fix it because the Dasher messed up. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't give me a refund because there was no one there that day who could do it.
So I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the rest of my order.
BTW, THEY OUTSOURCE TO DOOR DASH WHICH MEANS WHEN THE ORDER IS WRONG, IT DOESN'T SHOW UP ON YOUR DOOR DASH APP AND THE EMAIL RECEIPT SAYS DO NOT REPLY. SO BASICALLY WHEN THERE'S A PROBLEM YOU HAVE TO CALL THE RESTAURANT AND ON A SLOW DAY NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.
I really like Mellow Mushroom but if I can't order for delivery and get what I want, why wouldn't I give my business to Dominos who gets it right????
Maybe if I'm lucky, someone who matters will read this review and make it right.

Tried to order food online, and the website crashed multiple times on the menu, after I was finally able to order for delivery, my wings were missing, I could give some lead way on this since that would have been the door dashers fault, but they also got the type of pizza wrong as well, I was told I would get a refund on the wings and a partial refund on the pizza, but the only refund to my bank is just for the wings. Very unprofessional!

The location was easy to find, good parking and the atmosphere inside is kinda psychedelic, it was cool. I ordered siracha wings, 2 cheese pies and garlic bread. The food was served fairly quickly. Everything was good. I also liked the lavender lemonade. It was my first visit, I will definitely return.

Was seated but no one came to service us. We sat for 15 minutes. One waitress came to other nearby tables but kept back to us. Very surprising and unusual. Informed guy up front as we were leaving and even though he apologized, it seemed condescending to me. So we went to Jim and Nick's instead. Low rating due to not being serviced. Food is good as well as atmosphere.

I had an amazing experience at Mellow Mushroom in Hiram! The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. And the pizza? Absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection, and bursting with flavor. This is definitely my go-to spot for pizza. Highly recommend Mellow Mushroom if you’re looking for great food and excellent service!.

The Holy Shitake pizza was one of the best pizzas I have had! Very flavorful and the crust was perfect. When we couldn't decide between 2 pizzas our waiter helpfully said he could do half and half. Our other half was a delicious veggie pizza. All in all it was a very good experience. I can't wait to try more! We will be back.
