Said double steak and they ran out of steak and barely got any customer service was bad cause they all had a horrible attitude
No complaints, been a while since I been here and have to start going more often.
Not sure exactly what has happened with this location. However it has went downhill very quickly. Pico de gallo is now hand chopped and very chunky and very big. Got a side of guacamole yesterday and it was absolutely terrible it's like somebody did not follow the recipe. When pointing out these concerns to the employees they gave you a nonchalant I don't care attitude.
Also recently in the past couple of months I have ordered a catering order and it was not sufficient. Received a response from the store or from corporate... so I'm posting here now.
Disappointment with Catering Order #2240892 - Nacho Bar for 10 People
Dear Moe’s Catering Team,
I recently placed an order for the Nacho Bar (Order #2240892) for 10 people, choosing to cater the event rather than preparing everything myself. The price difference was only about $53, and for the convenience of having Moe's handle the order, I felt it was worth it for my Game Night. When I picked up the order, everything appeared correct. However, I am extremely disappointed with the portion sizes.
The amount of food provided was insufficient. I only received about a quarter pan of each item: the proteins (steak and chicken), queso, and beans. This was nowhere near enough for 10 people. I was lucky that only half of my guests showed up because, had the full group come, I would have run out of food. In fact, I had to use extra queso I had in my fridge to make sure there was enough for the five people who did attend. I ensured my guests didn’t “over-do” it on the queso, yet it still wasn’t enough.
Additionally, the steak and chicken were dry and overcooked, which seemed like a result of being prepared too far in advance. For a catering order, I expected fresher, better quality food. Moreover, only two of my containers had proper covers, and the rest were simply wrapped in plastic. This made transportation difficult, as I was concerned about the food spilling or being exposed during the journey.
Given that I paid $153 for this order, I expected enough food to serve 10 people adequately, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet that expectation. This experience was frustrating, and I’m truly disappointed by the amount and quality of food provided.
I hope you can address these concerns, so future orders meet the standards I expected.
They took 2 hours to give me my food and gave people who ordered after me their orders first….

I think it's better than chipotle. More food for a better price. Plus free chips. My gf and I love this place.

I really used to love Moe’s! I will say the service is touch and go depending upon which person you get. I usually get the jovial young lady who always smiles. I have also gotten the angry guy who gets mad because you ask for extra Chipotle Ranch.
As for the food, the containers have gotten smaller and the food doesn’t seem to have as much flavor. The chicken used to be good and have flavor now it’s dull and tastes not that good. The steak is chewy, the rice doesn’t always taste fresh and the lettuce and veggies seem to be ok.
I don’t think I will be returning the rewards program doesn’t seem to calculate the points correctly.
We had a delicious lunch and the staff was great!! - the tofu was actually seasoned and not bland, so my kids appreciated that attention to detail. Ignore the Karen's, this is as good as Moe's gets

This place is lacking on quality ingredients, customer service and respect to its clients. I visited recently and was horrified by the attitude of the staff. I will not visit this place anymore after realizing how low the staff views the necessity of cordiality.

I’m going to save you some time… if you plan on ordering from Moe’s catering DONT! You will be extremely disappointed! I who heartedly regret utilizing Moes for my event! Worst experience I have had In terms of catering. The portion sizes are laughable and the quality of food is insulting. Icing on the cake .. dealing with the rude and dismissive management staff (Patty & Chris). When trying to express my dissatisfaction, they made absolutely no attempt to resolve the issue as a matter of fact they said “ if you don’t want the order you can cancel it but we will charge you a cancellation fee”. 1 hour before my event! Thanks Moe’s for ruining my event !!!! Look at the portion to feed 10 people.. literally enough food to feed maybe 4 people on top of the fact the food is inedible!!! Don’t waste your money.. go to chipotle instead!!!

I mostly want the GM to see this is why I'm posting. Your 3 staff today (10/2 @6pm) were all fantastic! The quality of the burrito being together and the politeness were nothing less than perfect! Never had a neater Moe's burrito which plays a big factor for me then the politeness and teaching the 2 gave to the new hire was awesome to see as well. I hope they can all be properly rewarded for it!
