The experience was great. But 1 concern I have. I joined the program of 50 credits for 3 days of purchase of mocha. This is the 3 day but on 1 day is showing credit. Can you please update my account.

Cashiers just continue their conversations while standing there waiting to order. Asked for pecan non fat latte and tasted nothing and people don’t ask for alternative milk just to be difficult but I guess not everyone is treated equally. I’ll stick to my local coffee shop.

Drinks are very inconsistent. New people need to be trained more. Most people are very unfriendly. Nickel and dime you.

The staff used to be so good in this location inside the target now they are awful. Zero customer service, the drinks are not good and so slow. They are too busy having conversations and jokes between each other. AJ is the only one that takes his job seriously, give him a raise for dealing with kindergarteners

Yesterday, the guy taking my order and the 2 baristas actually made fun of me for ordering a pumpkin brown sugar latte with pumpkin cold foam. It was so rude. He also messed up the price, gave back incorrect change and charged 11$ for the coffee. He got real nervous when my boyfriend asked for the receipt!

Stopped by the Hiram Starbucks for a quick drink .Isaac at the register was kind and helpful.AJ the barista along with Kim and Leah were very friendly and polite not to mention professional!!10/10 service !!! Highly recommend stopping by for a delicious drink made with love and kindness 🩷Thank you for the Starbucks team!

Just moved to Hiram and have been going to this Starbucks specifically everyday. Saw the review by Jessica Swift and was completely confused as to what she meant. I have specifically gone back to this Starbucks because of Jessica. Received the most personable customer service experience ever from her and why I won't go to any other one again as long as she's there.Jessica takes the time to get to know the repeat customers and takes care of them exactly to their order specifications. I order extra pumps and shots of thongs knowing I'll pay extra for them but that's OK with me knowing I'll get exactly what I ordered the way I wanted it when she makes it.Some people just want something for free and when they don't get it they get upset for some reason. But if you want the best from the best, Jessica at this Starbucks in Target is a true rock star!!!

Hands-down, the drink quality at the Starbucks is the best in town! Even when we go out of town, no other Starbucks compares. My wife and I come here every single day. We are always greeted by most of the barista’s with a welcoming and inviting smile. Shoutout to Adela, Chris, AJ, and Myles and Nico (even tho he is not longer here). They are all so sweet and so hard working. They not only know me by name but by order and are all such a breath of fresh air when it comes to outstanding customer service. There are several other baristas that go above and beyond I just don’t know them all by name.I will say however Jessica tends to be a little less welcoming and hospitable. I spent a lot more money at this specific Starbucks location than I would like to admit, but I continue to come back because of all the reasons I stated above. With that being said she is the ONLY barista at any Starbucks location I have ever been to that gives me as much grief and pushback about occasionally needing a splash more oat-milk in my drink. Buy a splash equates to about an ounce. According to her the recipe calls for 4 ounces of oat-milk in my drink. I have absolutely no issue with paying for “extra “Oat-milk if that was what I was asking for. Every barista is different not only at this location but at every location and not everybody measures the same, if the drink was made every single time with a measuring cup, then I could absolutely understand, nor would I be able to argue, the fact that she wants to charge me for more. But I am not going to pay for anything “extra” when I’m not asking for a full serving of what is considered “extra “. I myself am a bartender, if someone were to come to me at my place of employment, and ask me for a vodka, cranberry, and then come back to me and say hey , this is a little strong, do you think I could get a little bit more cranberry in this drink? My response would be absolutely no questions asked. Reason being cranberries already included in the price of the drink, just as much as my oat milk is already included in the price of what I order. If I were asking for an extra shot of espresso, by all means, I would understand the pushback, just as though if someone were asking me for an extra shot of alcohol in their beverage I wouldn’t tell them that there is an extra charge. But that’s not what’s being asked. So until the “4 oz called by recipe” is measured out, then the pushback is more petty than principle. Other than the past few interactions that I’ve had with Jessica, this Starbucks is great.
I went to go study at this place the staff is just overall amazing and super kind people.

Snooty attitudes. When I saw frappuccino, I was under the impression that it contained at least some form of coffee. You know, like a cappuccino would. I would appreciate the girl making an over priced, over sugared milkshake to not give me an eye roll when I ask a question and act like she's having to do me a favor. Seriously, get a real job.
Stopped in when opening, there was no line, but we still waited a while for our drinks.
drinks are delish, staff is super nice ESPECIALLY jemimah :))
