I going to have to leave this location completely ALONE no matter when I go my drink is always a different taste and thats always my drink to order Venti White Mocha with hazelnut and it coffee has a burnt taste no matter when I go I never get the taste and my silly self keeps giving them another chance well not anymore I learned my lesson for the last time

Such sweet workers at this Starbucks! I will say, in the past they were very slow in the drive thru, but they have really picked up the speed. My drinks and food are always fresh and I’ve never had any issues with them. Only downside is the location is very inconvenient. It’s next to an insanely busy shopping center and the line usually affects the intersection

These ladies were absolutely on it today. Drive though line 9 cars deep but they kept the line moving super fast. We skipped the drive through and went inside, expecting a wait, but even with the long drive thru line our drinks were ready lightning fast! Very impressed. Never have I seen a Starbucks run that smoothly

The employees seemed friendly which is why I gave the atmosphere 5 stars. My issue is this morning I went for a bacon Gouda sandwich, and two coffees. When I was given my first coffee the lid popped off and almost spilled. I let her know what happened. Then I was given my sandwich and second coffee. As I was driving away I realized my sandwich didn’t have bacon. I turned back and went inside. They were nice and remade it and advised that happened a lot that morning where sandwiches didn’t have bacon. I return home and the second coffee lid popped off and this time it did spill everywhere. I called to advise that something may be wrong with the cups or lids since it’s odd it happened on both cups. I was met with no ownership and was advised there isn’t anything they can do since sometimes the manufacturer doesn’t send quality. Then she advised I could come back and they will remake it. I declined but advised they should check the cups and sandwiches as it’s odd for so many errors. She repeated there isn’t really anything for them to check or that they can do. Very disappointed in this experience and I hope others this morning aren’t sitting in hot coffee on their commute.

Went on an early morning jog before church. Remembered there was a Starbucks at that location and got genuinely excited about having a nice strong cup of coffee. At this point they’d been open for an hour. There are zero cars in the drive thru and the doors locked, so zero customers inside or outside the store. Three employees all ignored me when I attempted to open the door, which the first time was forceful as I expected it to open. I knocked after. They all ignored me entirely. I will no longer ever buy overpriced pretentious Starbucks COFFEE ever again. Horrible managed, absolute garbage service, all for overpriced unhealthy chemical coffee.

I placed a mobile order, and I got to the store before the order was ready( one drink). As I'm waiting inside for my order. A regular customer comes in. I'm the only person before this. The customer comes in, and everyone speaks to him. I walked in, and no one said a word. The customer goes to the register and was asked if you are ordering your usual. The customer says yes. Customer order was made before mine! I had at this point been in the store 3-5mins. Finally, my drink was made after waiting at this point 5-8 minutes. When I called that afternoon. I was told that someone else made his drink. Not true! I was watching, and the person who answered the phone was not even there that morning. This is not customer service 😒
