Bad service make sure you have someone at your table or else as soon as you get up to get food they throw away everything at your table including drinks

The food and service were great but me and my roommate were asked to leave for making videos on our camera. There was a weirdo following little boys in the bathroom and we found that to be strange. He was playing air guitar and drums and singing and we found that to be strange. It's not often grownups get kicked out of a Stevie B's. The manager was on a power trip that day because he iterated 3 times he was the manager.

The staff was very friendly and seemed to enjoy what they were doing. The pizza just isn't near as good as it used to be. The pizzas were topped great however the pizzas that have multiple toppings aren't being cooked long enough. I ordered a taco pizza and tried multiple others that the dough was just raw and gooey. Those pizzas just need to be pushed back in the oven a bit longer to ensure that the dough is being properly cooked. I was a bit disappointed because it's been a while since we have been here and we drove all the way from Cartersville for raw pizza.

There were only kids running the place. There were no clean forks. The slushy machine was empty. The kids were too busy playing around to worry about the customers. The only adult was in the back. And when she was notified. She look like a deer in headlights, like she had no clue what I was talking about.

They have screwed up the salad bar. It has been turned around so that only employees behind the counter have access to it. The pizza buffet allows customers to pick up pizza and desserts just like they always have but to get salad you have to ask for one and then specify each thing you want on it. Yes, I could have done that. But I've been eating at Stevie B's for 10 years and never had to ask for salad before and I'm not going start. It's included in the price, which I had already paid before making this discovery, so I will leave a negative review and never come back. Thanks for nothing Stevie B's. Cici's is better anyway, this has always been a compromise.

As a former assistant manager of Stevie B’s, I am absolutely shocked at how bad Stevi B’s has become. I moved out of Georgia for 10 years and come back not only to find the Kennesaw location closed, but that the pizza has become awful. You can honestly taste all the creativity on the food but none of the love is there.. the people that work there are not necessarily rude, but clearly don’t wanna be there. allow me to explain I come in I’m getting food and then I get told to sit in a particular place, but wasn’t explained why given this is a Buffay you should be able to sit where you want.. then I get told that they are closing in an hour but online it says they close at 8:30 on Apple Maps and it was seven.. which might i mentioned was totally fine.. but it was the way it came off then the food was hard as rocks. It’s an hour before close.. and they just decide to stop making pizza.. so basically you’re paying to eat the hard stuff so they don’t have to make new stuff and not waste the pizza on the counter.. which if that’s the case just tell me and I’ll leave.. honestly, probably would never return. I don’t want it to tarnish the way I remember how Stevi B’s used to be.. quality food, quality fun, and bringing familys close together. None of that was there last night

We've been coming here since opening, always a family favorite. Growing teenage boys could eat and wouldn't break the bank. My fav potato pizza.

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Stevie B’s. You can’t beat the price for the buffet. The only issue I had was that they didn’t refill the dessert pizzas while I was there, so I was unable to try the chocolate pizza. Overall, it’s a great restaurant, and I will be returning.

A bunch of kids work here, no customer service. Housekeeping is horrible. The flies flying all over the place/food ?. I have no more words for this place. My family won't be returning!

The kids had a ball here as they were enjoying the variety of items that they could choose from. I grabbed me a salad as they were going back and forth to try different pizza ? ? I can say also the price was great ? and the staff was awesome ?

Could tell the workers were working hard to get pizza out as quickly as possible which is always appreciated, but as we entered there were no clean tables and over half of the tables were dirty waiting to be bussed, we had nowhere to sit and had to clean up someone else's mess. 20 minutes went by and the tables still sat dirty, when a worker finally came to clean them they were slow as a snail. additionally, the candy in the candy crane machine is too big for the claw to grab. Place was disgusting, I suggest taking a pressure washer to everything INSIDE hat's how nasty it was. Food was alright and if you have low standards, enjoy.

It's Saturday around dinner time. Families are out at Stevi B's. I don't know if they were short staffed, just working slowly, or if they had just been bumrushed by a crowd just before we got there, but there was maybe a third of what should have been on the buffet. They had 1 person actually making pizzas, but every time they'd get one out, it was gone in seconds. The price has gone way, way up from the last time I visited, but that's true everywhere lately. On the plus side, when you could a could a slice or two, they were hot and fresh.
