Taco Bell in Hiram is great. They're a little slow but that's to be expected almost everywhere nowadays. The one item that I love from Taco Bell is the chalupa. However, it tastes best when it's fresh. I ordered the Lux box with all beef options. Everything was good besides the chalupa. It was so hard that it could've been used as a frisbee. So, instead of driving all the way back to Hiram I just ate the chalupas filling. I know the person fulfilling the order had to have known that this shell was hard. But besides that and I hope it was a one off, I'll be back with my fingers crossed that my chalupa shell will be fresh.

There is a line cook, I believe the manager. Looks mixed, crazy hair. I he did was cus and cus. I waited for 25 . I canceled my order and he couldn't stop cussing. His Name is Lathin !

I pull up at 11:25pm Sunday night 1/11/26, after being at work from dark to dark. I thought it was closed, but saw movement behind the counter. I cautiously pull into the drive thru and hear a sweet voice behind the speaker. I place my order. I pull around and wait. I feel a little bad the workers have to be there until 4am…. “gosh they must be tired, I’m tired.” It’s taking a little long but I understand. I receive my food and peel open my queserito to find it hot steaming with a perfect crunch on the tortilla. Only once before at a Taco Bell in Aliso Viejo CA, have I ever experienced such care and warmth put into my Taco Bell’s order. I later eat my cheesy rice and bean burrito with gusto standing in my kitchen. It was perfection, perfect ratios. To the 3 employees working that night. Y’all are the epitome of taco excellence and I wish you good fortune for the rest of your life.

The manager or whoever she was was EXTREMELY RUDE AND HAD A NASTY AND DISGUSTING ATTITUDE!!! She needs work on herself, may God help her with that!!! BUT THANK YOU BRE MAY YOU PROSPER AND FIND A BETTER AND BIGGER OPPORTUNITIES IN LIFE

First of all I need to give a shoot out to the young man Davion that was honest and trustworthy. I left my purse in the store and remembered 7 hours later and all cash and everything was still in purse just as I left it . While in the store he brought our (delicious) food to the table instead of just calling out our name and he smiles and has customer service skills . Very impressed by this young man !

At first I was going to one star and then I got to thinking about it and I think they're positive criticism go further than negative I will say that the manager Ms Lorraine and has her hands full I will also say that All of her staff seem to respect her not only listening to her orders but also calling or miss and ma'am additionally I will say that I put my order in waited about 10 minutes and people came in behind me a large group of people but their order in they got their food first but once I spoke up and asked a employee about my order then at that point a receipt was printed and they started working on it I could easily see how this could be a stressful job but maybe pay a little attention to the in-house orders make sure that they're going out in time would make things a lot better.

Ordered food through drive thru and majority of my order was done wrong. My husband went back bc try and get a correct order and was given his order done wrong. And when he told the lady it was wrong she went off on him. There was another lady with her order done wrong as well and the same worker was in the back bitching loudly about the customer.

Placed an order at 10:13 to be ready at 10:23 on the mobile app. I left out after 10:45 after not being able to cancel the order so I didn't have to wait that long. One employee was on the line making tacos with one hand while the other hand with a phone to his ear. Fiesta potatoes were so old and chewy, I couldn't do it. I want my refund taco bell! I'll never return to this location. 30 minutes for a complete disappointment.
