My favorite taco bell.when asking for food fresh especially nacho fries they pull up and give it to you juat like u asks and chicken quesadilla be made perfect.

Got the jalapeno nacho fries and steak chalupa supreme. The amount of steak on both were low and the portion sizes were small, making it feel not worth the price. The service was nice and the order was accurate.

I eat here frequently on lunch breaks. The food and service is always good. Marquise is amazing and has phenomenal customer service each and every time! His energy and spirit is very rare especially now and days. He is definitely much appreciated!!!!

We placed a mobile order and waited forever for a simple bowl of potatoes and cheese sauce. We tried to make another order but were ignored at the speaker and when we got to the window it seemed like the manager was breaking up an argument right in front of us. Look I get it I was a manager at a Dairy Queen for a long time but they should be more aware of how this looks to the customer and realize how it’s impacting the service. If it was me i would’ve at least apologized to whoever was in my window, but we couldn’t even get that

I went to here for lunch today. Around 11:30am. Horrible my food was thrown together by what was told to me was the GM because I told her I was allergic to guacamole and she put it on the nachos. She got and attitude. She crunch up the chips before throwing them in the box. And when I addressed the situation. I was told by a crew member that is how they work.... And if I could leave zero stars I would.

I live 2 mins from dallas hwy taco bell but make it a point to come to this location becuase I know I'll get fresh food when I asked for it to be dropped fresh. Shout out to Ms Lorriane for always showing love and making sure my food is fresh .

The workers were extremely nice with excellent customer service. However, the food in my veggie bowl appeared old. The rice was hard too.
Highly recommend this location. The day I ate here, I witnessed an older customer walk-in and begin to walk right back out when directed to the onscreen ordering kiosk. The Taco Bell employee immediately stopped what they were doing, came around the counter with a smile, and helped the person to successfully make their order. The level of patience, caring, and compassion shone today was amazing and a blessing to witness. Well done, 🌮 🔔 !

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes to pick up an online order. You can’t even get pulled out of the line to go inside because they make you pull up to wait behind everyone. Then they were going car to car calling the order name to get the order to the right person. The whole point of ordering online is not to wait. If I wasn’t stuck in the line my order would have been cancelled. Not to mention the food was cold. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, poor management or what but this is ridiculous & you need to get it together Taco Bell!!
