Never had a gas station quesadilla but damn! I got a quesadilla and the wife got nachos and I’d be willing to say it’s probably the best Mexican food in Hiram or Dallas. The service was good and the food was amazing!!!! Will definitely be going there again.

Love this lil spot. I love the chicken taco and chicken nachos. Also the horchata is very good.
I always get the chicken tacos or the chicken nachos. I also love his Horchata! Food is always fresh and authentic, not to mention tasty! Always friendly and wait time is minimal.
Vegetarian options: I tried the veggie tacos and they were very good.
Kid-friendliness: As a father prices are very reasonable if you have children.

It's totally in a shells gas station but everyone in there is so sweet and nice and The customer service is fantastic I never felt like wasn't being heard, And when I explained that I have a pork/ pig allergy there was no issues with communicating it. 10 out of 10 would totally recommend, ill be back for some more tacos in the future, because they we're absolutely delicious ???
Dietary restrictions: I'm allergic to pork and they had other options to accommodate for that and he made sure that the stove was completely clean so that there wasn't any cross-contamination

Had the tacos de queso birria.. ( tacos dipped in seasoned beef broth then fried on the flat top with seasoned Shredded beef, white melting cheese and onion and cilantro) has as well a seasoned beef broth on the side to dip the tacos in, also comes with extra onions and cilantro for the broth and a green and a spicy red sauce if you want to add an extra kick to your tacos..everything was really good..my only complaint is that I wish the tacos had just a little less cheese so I could enjoy the tasty beef a little better..I know to ask for less next time I go..all in all..delicious...sometimes those small gas station restaurants can surprise you on how good they can be and stand proud against your regular stand alone restaurant.. ..this one is inside a shell gas station..small menu but I'm ready to try other things they have.. ?
