Don’t try to call and place an online order because they never answer the phone. Everytime I call them I can never reach anyone regarding my order or if I’m even trying to pay cash that day! I work at a restaurant and we have a phone line at the host stand, to go stand, and managers office but for some reason Texas Roadhouse doesn’t want to cater to people who want to verbally place an order! I’d say that’s as unprofessional as it comes

The bartenders are the worst had to wait literal hours on drinks worst place to go have a beer with dinner with the family definitely not coming back to this location

Arrived around 4:00 and there was plenty of tables available. We did not have to wait for a table. We ordered our food and it came out barely warm. The waiter checked on us when we received our food and we didn't see him again until we were done. The kiosk did not have a battery so we could not use that to pay. We will not be returning to this particular Texas Roadhouse.

Great space, staff was awesome and attentive, manager walked by several times making sure everything was good, and Addi our server did an excellent job!!! Even took our picture, it was my father's 74th birthday

Its seems more spacious at this new location. Our cactus blossom and my steak were cooked perfectly and our service was great. My wife and I ended up having a wonderful date.

On January 9th. 2026 we made arrangements using the wait list to have 10 of our family members join my brother who turned 75 for his birthday party. What made this special is my brother is on hospice with an incurable cancer so this will be his last birthday. Everything went so well, we were taken to our table after a few minutes, We placed our orders right, our food came very quickly, which was excellent and our server, Sam was beyond amazing! Thank you, Texas Roadhouse!

Once you get past the chaos at the hostess desk that can be, I believe a little more organized.You enter a atmosphere that feels like family, fun And games just like being at your grandparents' house.The food is amazing.I have never had any complaints, But the best thing about this place that keeps my family and I coming back are the 2 servers, Sam and Alex. Both with the most amazing aura of a attitude. Even on some of the worst days I have with work, they have a way of making you feel better. Their service is perfection. They stay on point no matter how many tables I see them serving. attention to detail or service to any of the groups never Goes unattended by these two servers. it is these two gentlemen that is the reason I believe you have repeat customers to this location.

Okay, I have to start by saying... I haven't been to a Texas Roadhouse in YEARS. It was generic in my mind, and kind of tasteless.
I had a gift card, so my husband and I visited this location on a Thursday evening in January.
I was blown away!
We got to the parking lot and it was jam packed. We were told by a friendly hostess the wait was 35-45 minutes, and they took my cell phone number. Exactly 36 minutes later, our table was ready.
We were seated, and given rolls. OMG... I forgot about those things.
We ordered a Cactus Blossom, which was delicious.
I got the ribs, Caesar salad, and a loaded baked potato, since I hadn't had enough carbs yet.
My husband got a tbone, salad, and steak fries.
We split the brownie, because, well, it's Thursday.
Our server was great - as swamped as they were, he was fantastic and attentive.
I have leftovers for tomorrow that I'm genuinely looking forward to. That never happens with leftovers.
Three cheers for this location. We'll be back!

Second time coming to this Texas and I have to say I'm impressed. They have improved so much since opening day. Everything was cooked perfectly and crew and management were so nice. I would recommend if you love steak to stop here.🥩

This is a new build in our community and is always so busy. Wait times are about 20 to 25 minutes. The catch is we had good service the first time we came. The waiter was caring and attentive. We came back again last night and had Zion as our server. Top tier server. Here is the bad of the situations. Both times our food was not cooked as we requested. I usually do medium on a steak or any red meat. The cooks dont know how to properly fire this because both times our medium came out medium rare. 😑. I ordered medium well for my burger and well it came out medium. I asked for it to be corrected and then a hockey puck came out lol. I know they are new but its red meat 101 to know how to fire the different cook preferences. Other than that. The servers are amazing.

Our server was great, his service was amazing. However the kitchen cooked my steak medium instead of medium well and I was perfectly nice about asking for a new one, the server even agreed that my steak wasn’t cooked properly. So I patiently waited for them to fix it, not only did the kitchen just throw my already cut steak back on the grill, but they practically charred it. Then who I assume was the manager, a guy with an arm sling, brought my steak to me, unceremoniously put it on the table without introducing himself or even saying hello, just told me to cut into it and see if it was good in a very aggressive tone. I told him it was fine because I’m not going to sit at a restaurant and cause a scene but the management needs to work on their customer service and stop prioritizing the chef’s ego.
I’ve never had a problem like this at this restaurant before, me and my boyfriend come here often and I’ve never had to send back any food so it’s not like this is a common thing but I’ve never been treated that way over a steak before.
