Great service, just cant eat there now if there's gonna be a guy singing about God in my ear while I eat. Even they waiter couldn't hear wut people were trying to say as they paid.

I only come for pick up. The food is always good and fresh. I donât like the crowded and small building so I wouldnât want to eat inside. However the last couple of times Iâve ordered in the app, I got double waffle orders and they have only put in one waffle. So I lost a good annoying of money. I wonât be ordering double anymore, just single because they never seem to get it right. Other than that, customer service is decent.

For starters this Waffle House was no we're near under staff but still they fails to clean tables and mine was VERY sticky and while a lady Sneezed on people's food multiple time we were sitting there for an entire hour still with no food my kids got their food first then m food came out 20 minutes later my food was spicy and I still had no drink my waiter had no manner and cussed in front of my kids Gracie was a terrible waiter and the kitchen was a mess AND the cook had no hair net ONE STAR

We had the best food and the best waitress. We were from out of town there to meet friends we hadnât seen in a long time. The food was great and our service was exceptional. We stayed a little longer than for a typical meal, but our waitress never made us feel rushed.

I wish I could give 0 stars! My husband and I have been regulars here for a while. This is not the first time we have waited for nearly an hour to get our food, I get it, they're busy with only 2 waitresses. Buuuut, when we sat at the table by the bathroom and see several crawling up the wall and into the door jam going to the bathroom, that was it for us!! How many are crawling on the dishes, food, silverware, glasses and in the drinks dispenser? In the chili, waffle maker??? That's disgusting!!! Maybe hire an extermination company before it gets bad enough for your customers to see!!

Our go to for breakfast... any time of day. Their sweet staff is so fun and it's nice to be recognized. The new staff they are adding is just as sweet, so it's always great to go in. Destinee, and the rest of the staff are the best!
We had Morgan as our server today and she was AWESOME! Also, everything was cooked just as ordered.

I was expecting chicken and waffles. The grits were cold, and the bacon was cold and too hard. That's not what I was expecting for my first time. The pecan waffles đ§ đ was the best thing.

I waited about an hour for my to go order, and in that time span, 9 people in different groups walked in and gave them their food. And then I finally got my food. I try to have patience and be respectful and I did. But this was absurd. I order to go, cause I have to go.
