Everytime I come here everything is done on time and freshhhh. I stopped going to the other two by wherei live, cause they aren't clean and your waiting till judgement day to get your food! I really appreciate the staff .
Edit: still love the fresh food , just seem like the new systen they have is slowing them down. Employees are so helpful, love sparking convos with them .

The manager said no more take out orders after we waited in line for 15 minutes. I didn’t catch his name but it looked like stole a 15 year olds mushtash. He was also more interested in arguing than our experience. The gentleman running the register was great. The manger not so much
We ordered on line from the parking lot so I’m not sure how that helped catch up on orders compared to placing it in the store. But it made him happy.
We asked if the ranch dip was in the bags. They said yes. But they weren’t there when we got home. Our veggie sticks were missing. I can only imagine the manager was saving the ranch and veggie sticks to feed his numorus pet ferrets.
Next time I want wings I’ll try a different spot

This location gets worse and worse. The last couple of times I've ordered delivery from here, there's always been an issue, either an item is missing, the good is not fresh or prepared the way I requested. This location needs a new manager and a new cook. I won't order her anymore.

It took us over 30 minutes to get our food. The wings were not marked, which is important to me because one is extremely hot and the other was mild. The fries tasted like burnt oil and were so hard. The only thing you could do is suck on them. It was as if they had already been cooked and they just threw them back in the fryer to heat them up when we ordered our food. About the only thing that I enjoyed was my soda.

Let me preface this by saying I am a cancer patient and it may be that chemo has somewhat changed my taste buds. However, I got the Hot Tenders Combo and there was no flavor. The day prior, I went to another wing joint and it was so good that I wanted hot wings again, especially with my left over Blue Cheese dip. This wasn't it! During my recovery, I watched content creators hype up Wing Stop and I couldn't wait to try it once my appetite returned but I just don't get what people see in them. The tenders didn't have that hot cayenne taste - it was more like vinegar spiced with a little cayenne. I asked that the fries be soft fried and not too brown or crisp and they were practically burnt. I feel like most businesses/restaurants just don't care anymore. Once they start making money, they feel like they don't have to put much effort or good customer service into it. If most of your recent Google reviews are negative, it's time for a change.

Place was terrible. I couldn't even bite into my boneless wings they were so hard and they barely had any sauce on them. My fries were cold to and when I called to try to talk to someone they just put me on hold and never came back to the phone 3 different times. They need to shut this place down tbh I feel bad for wingstop bc normally there really good but this place is a disgrace to the name 😤 will never eat here again and will let everyone know to stay away from this place

I was there last night and it was PACKED!!! It seemed very short staffed , but the employees were working very very hard. Because I waited so the young lady with the long ponytail gave me extra wings and ranch dip (kids love them) . Overall it was a long, but good experience. My kids ate good .
This location doesn't provide you change if you pay cash. They told me to order something else to get closer to the $40 i was paying with, my total was $22 or leave the rest for a tip or cancel my order. If the tall manager that I see there all the time would stop playing and flirting with the younger employees and address the problems in this store, it would be more of a pleasure to eat here
