They no longer have fresh fruit available as a topping and I got the cherry chocolate cordial yogurt mix and the cherry part was runny and tasted sour. I don't think they get hardly any traffic and the person working there seemed very preoccupied. Oh and for 2 cups it was $20. Seems high. Very bland experience at this location which hurts me to say because I want small businesses in the area thrive. The store doesn't even look open from the outside. Walked in and there were no employees in the front. A lot of the interior lights were burned out and it had the vibe of an abandoned mall. It was not a good atmosphere. Half of the machines were low on mix. The toppings were good and there was a good selection. Then an employee finally walked out of the back to ring us up. Didn't greet us and the only thing she said to us was our total which was ~$18 for two ice creams which is over priced in my opinion. Probably will be a long time if I ever decide to come back. Better options in the area if you are looking for a sweet treat.

This place is good but they don’t honer there daily specials. I came on a Thursday and I did not get buy one get one free or anything off the original prize. I even asked Kyndall and she told me about the special on the door..bad costumer service. Manager went in to the back tried to call for him. But he ignored me.

They can use some help in customer service in terms of being more engaging with the costumer at the register. I redeemed a birthday coupon but the host didn't say happy Belated birthday which would have been a nice touch. It's the little things.

This place has gone down hill. I don't know if they have changed owners but something has changed. This place was dirty....a huge leak in the ceiling tiles was right where you get a serving cup and my daughter slipped on the floor. The men's bathroom was filthy with a toilet that wouldn't flush and an overflowing trash can. Overall this is not a clean and fresh as it used to be.
