Was clean the service here is good and professional. The food was super fresh and hot . The drinks were all out but the sweet tea, unsweetened tea, blue Gatorade, orange and lemon juice plus milkshake available. Did not have to wait that long.

Absolutely terrible night. Brought my 83 yr old aunt here tonight 10/22/2025 and will be calling corporate for a FULL REFUND tomorrow. I ordered the Big Zax snack and 1 finger was edible if you call it that. Others burned badly. My Aunt ordered The grilled chicken sandwhaich that was so burned she could only chew and eat the outside. The fries were ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING and soggy. This really pisses me off my Aunt gets to go out once a week and this is/was her favorite place. When we left she said dont ever take me back to the place again. Worse part is the employees were to busy yelling and being loud to care. You people at this Zaxbys should take 2 weeks off and then come back and then quit.

I just ordered a kiddie cheese meal and a chicken finger kids meal and they didn't put the grilled cheese in the box. I can accept mistakes but my kids cannot...what sense does it make to fill a box with fries and not put the sandwich in? No one has time to go through the bag, open up boxes and do a quality control check to make sure their food is in there while they are buying fast food. I'm not driving back over there to correct it but that's terrible service.

I went to this lovely Zaxbys and was amazed at the service! The lady who helped me lovely young lady her name was I believe Gypsy. Gypsy helped me order my food and even recommend me to try something new! This young woman is going places. The food was subpar but there service was 10/10.

First time in years eating here. Hasn't gotten better. Black Girl at counter didn't acknowledge us, just looked over her shoulder then turned her back to us and continued playing with paper. Older man, think he may have been manager, took our order. The chicken qasadia was on the verge if being burned. Looked nothing like what is advertised, almost no chicken. Spouse got chicken strips, so small that his 5 looked like 2 from other places. Tea was watered down. Price was to high for fast food Highly unlikely we'll be back .

My experience at Hiram was great, my experience at Douglasville very poor food was 1 star, service 1 star

got a nibbler meal go big with zax and tongue torch sauce and they gave me nibblers with hot honey mustard and the smallest portion of frys i have seen. i also also ordered a single nibbler online and it took over 30 mins for me to get it, honestly just overall terrible service and they need to actually pay attention to their costumer orders would not recommend coming here 8/10 my order is never what i told them even tho they repeat the correct order back makes no sense.
