Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location should be shut down. The inside is so frigging filthy. Today they had no carbonated drinks and all counter tops were disgusting. The floor has what looks like back mold. Never again. Yes it's old but come on, soap and water works miracles. Poor, poor management.

Assistant manager Bonnie and associate Mariam have the best customer service. We had a big order and they were cordial and extremely helpful. We always appreciate excellent customer service and just wanted to give a shout out to those two Zaxby’s employees.

Online orders are NOT placed in the pickup area, making people wait inline with people who have not ordered yet. Order on 11/04 Promised 5:48 not ready until 6:24 (36 minutes waiting inside) and it wasn’t even complete, NO Honey mustard sauce and Coleslaw available! Prior order, long wait and soda machines were out of carbonation.

This place is such a ripoff now. They literally charged me $3 for these few fries this is a small I paid for a large. Such a greedy inconsiderate company don't waste your time here

Never going here again. We did order from Uber eats but this still was the restaurants fault. Missing food. Food was cold. There was a long black hair inside my cup. And of course I didn’t see it until I was almost done. Proof that the person who put sweet tea in my cup failed to keep their hair tied up.

I hope Zaxby’s corporate realizes the wonderful employee they have in their assistant manager, Sarah. She is amazing. She is able to multi task juggling taking an order in drive through, helping someone at the counter and working on an online order all while giving everyone the attention they deserve. She is kind, bubbly and has and excellent personality working with the public. She even walked around the restaurant checking on the guests. I was sitting there for 10 minutes she walked up to our table and she said is everyone doing well here and addressed me by first name that she remembered from taking my order. You don’t find workers like this very often. Well done Sarah! You are appreciated!!

Todays date is 08/06/24. Every employee had their hair up and was wearing a hat. This one took hair down a little bit too far, considering it is almost to the floor. There was another girl who was at least wearing a hat but wasn't pulled up and secured. This is a food hazard and a safety concern. Both these girls need to be retrained on proper hygiene at work. This may be where the hair in the drink a few reviews back came from, so it leads me to believe this is common. I also asked a current employee why they didn't have their hair pulled back as this is a food restaurant and was informed that because they weren't cooking the food, they didn't have to have it pulled back and secured. That didn't sound right to me as these were the only 2 of 8-10 employees who didn't have their hair pulled back and secured. So I spoke with a past employee who told me everyone was to wear their hair secure and a hat and that this is a TRAINING store.

Cheese curds were horrible, but everything else was good.

Giving 3 stars because of the girls with her hair down posing food hazards.
