Server was alright. Hostess was talking to I assume coworkers off the clock who were clearly intoxicated at a high top when we walked in and continued to stand at the bar the 2 hours we were there with dirty tables all around and people walking in un-greeted. No manager came to check on us even though our food took an hour and a half to come out tasting sub par. The restaurant has potential with a retro-chic atmosphere. Seems to be under staffed and not managed well. I heard “Sorry, it’s our soft opening” 15 times. Who does a soft opening on a Friday night, understaffed?? A hundred dollars down the drain. 🤦🏻♀️

Taking a chance on a new restaurant for a large birthday party was a risk. This place was superb! Our server, Greg, was spot on throughout. Professional and courteous. Thanks for a great experience.

Beautiful restaurant with a great concept.
Went in during their soft opening and I can not wait to see this place thrive in Senoia!
The ribeye was phenomenal, and the lava rocks made the experience very unique. Service by Greg was great. 10/10 dinner.

Excellent experience, try the lamb chops!!
My husband and I recently went to 404 Celsius for a date night. As locals, we were excited to support and try a new restaurant in Senoia.
We were greeted and seated immediately, which was a great start. However, it took about five minutes to receive drinks, another 15 minutes to order an appetizer, and roughly 45 minutes for the spinach artichoke dip to arrive. After that, we had to flag down a server just to place our dinner order.
Once we finally ordered, we waited close to two hours for our food. At that point, we were approached and asked if we wanted to “just cancel” our order because it was taking so long. This was extremely unprofessional and disappointing, especially for a first visit.
We requested our check and left. Given the experience, it would have been customary from a customer service standpoint not to charge for the drink and appetizer. Unfortunately, we were charged the full amount and simply told that “the owner was made aware.”
We paid, we left, and unfortunately we will not be returning.

We visited for an anniversary dinner and were seated promptly.
The lighting is excessively bright and detracts from the dining atmosphere. We ordered drinks and an appetizer immediately; however, it took 45 minutes to receive our drinks. We were seated next to the bar and observed significant inefficiencies - the bartender appeared inexperienced and struggled with basic service flow. Several guests ultimately approached the bar themselves due to extended wait times.
No appetizer was served, and our waitress never returned to take our entrée order. When we requested the check, we were told the appetizer was “ready” and offered to us to go nearly an hour later.
The restaurant was approximately 25–30% occupied, yet we were informed there would be hours-long delays due to three tables of eight. Another staff member advised us to leave and return another day. Multiple tables departed around the same time.
While we understand this restaurant is newly opened, the issues observed point to serious operational and management failures. If the business is to succeed, immediate improvements are needed because Saturday’s service fell well below acceptable standards for any dining establishment, let alone a special-occasion venue.

This restaurant has a unique concept of food being cooked on lava rocks…at your table…by you. We ran into several problems right off the bat. The hostess seemed hesitant to seat us stating they had a lot of reservations that night. It took her a few minutes to finally show us to a table. This was at 5:22pm. The restaurant was 75% empty. The first issue came in how slow the appetizer came out…this took at least 15-20 minutes. It was spinach dip and tortilla chips. For my entree, I ordered fish. Much to my surprise I learned I’d be cooking it myself …over lava rocks covered by a ‘hot plate’ type arrangement that was heated to up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit. Yikes. Don't bring small children here…or even older kids. The problem with this approach is my husband ordered a French dip sandwich. His sandwich came out fully cooked…I had to sit there and cook my entree while his food got cold waiting for me. The other problem with this tremendously hot ‘plate” is when I put the butter and garlic on the cooking fish it splattered for a couple minutes. Nothing like hot grease/butter flying towards you to spice things up. Everything is served with “seasoned” fries, though they have other sides. Those consisted of pepper, parm cheese and salt…A LOT of salt…and they were barely cooked. If you like well done fries, these are not it. The biggest problem was the amount of time it took to get the entrees. It wasn’t until about 6:35pm they showed up (mine was still in need of cooking mind you). They apologized for a software issue they were having and had to hand write tickets. This apparently caused quite a problem for the kitchen. As we were leaving at 7 pm (that’s how long everything took) there was another customer leaving because she had ordered a salad and still hadn’t gotten it well over an hour later. She said her and her husband told them to cancel their order and left. No compensation was offered for the extraordinary long wait for food. By the time we left…there was still about 25% of the tables empty. They stated to us they are still in a soft opening despite it being at least 3(?) weeks since they opened. All in all, a pretty disappointing experience. I’d give the quality of the food a 2-2 1/2 on a scale of 5.

I understand they are trying to work out their kinks. It's not a new restaurant. I shouldn't have to wait 2 hours to cook my own food. The manager wouldn't even come to the table even though we asked multiple times. The replacement said the manager was too busy. We paid more than full price for full meal we didnt eat. Maybe she/he should have asked for help.
Had dinner there Jan 3 at the new location. Sat at the bar. They were very busy and staff was extremely nice. Took great care of me and the food was awesome.

Got the lava rock ribeye and charcuterie board. Both were good. The only issue is it’s very expensive for what it is.

Very disappointed. Went during soft opening for late lunch in early afternoon. They were not that busy, with only 1 or 2 tables when we arrived, then 1 more after us. The decor is nice. Unfortunately, we only got to sample an appetizer Charcuterie tray due to them dropping the ball. We waited about 45 minutes for the small Charcuterie, which was nothing elaborate but it was tasty and fresh. Waitress was sweet, but never came to refresh our beverages or service the table until we flagged her down. At that time we then ordered a soup and salad. There was only one soup on menu due to soft opening limited menu, but it sounded great. We waited and waited and waited and finally after another 45 minutes went by, we flagged the waitress and told her if our food wasn't ready, we were going to have to leave. She checked with kitchen and said our order had never been picked up by the cook. She also said that he was out of the ingredients to make the only soup on the menu. So, there were two problems I guess with the kitchen??? So, we paid for very over priced Charcuterie tray and our beverages. We were not comped or discounted in any way for our wasted 1 hour and a half foray to try to have lunch. Just lots of appologies. We left with our starving appetites and went to Nick and Norman's a few doors down. Ordered and had our food in 10 minutes and it was so good.

We ate at the new restaurant in Senoia @404celsius and it was AMAZING 🙌🏼
The drinks were to die for 🍸 & I haven’t had food that great in a while!
It was definitely hard to choose what to get because I wanted to try it all.
I started out with their cocktail
The Bees Knees, then the Blackberry Margarita, and lastly, after eating, I got the crème brûlée espresso martini 🙌🏼
I ate the Mushroom & Swiss burger with fries and it was SO good, I highly recommend this restaurant!!
Also, the atmosphere is relaxed and cozy (of course I love the greenery 🌱) and the chairs at the bar are so cute and comfortable.
Most definitely 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
