My partner brought home food and it was not good at all. Fries weren't fresh and the sandwich wasn't even cooked all the way. Food options are already limited out here and you'd think if people want better pay, they would at least make the food edible. I can't fathom why anyone would want to pay someone for their shitty food.

Spend $25 on a large roast beef meal and a crispy chicken sandwich meal with mozzarella sticks, and they give you medium meals, chicken sandwich wasn't plain as I had ordered it, and no mozzarella sticks. The server at the window was really nice but the staff preparing the orders is lazy and apparently to incompetent to simply make the sandwich without items( which sounds like working harder to mess up than just making it right).

Very bad service, they must give them customer service courses… I don't speak English and practically the brunette who served me gave me very bad service… I never want to eat in that restaurant again…

Credit where credit is due. For fast food experience, this was ideal. Fast turnaround, accurate ordering and double checking. Clean kitchen, stocked well. And good fresh food (shockingly). This Arby’s is doing well! Only gripe is the dining room was a bit dirty but otherwise, really well done! Impressed!

Messed my order alllllll up. Wrong sandwich, left fries out. Person taking the order was so excited to talk over me and ask what size I wanted, what drink, etc that they couldn’t listen to the order. Got ripped off.

This is by far the most disrespectful and poorly ran fast food establishment I have ever been to. The manager is the most rude of them all. Don't bother calling to get anything fixed. She doesn't care about her job or customers apparently. I hope everyone who reads this review changes their mind about wasting their money here. You all should be disgusted with how you treat your customers and the food you serve them. This was definitely NOT worth $30!!!

They were quick on getting the food out and everyone in the back was working good except one of the ladies ringing people up and taking orders. She was rude and had an attitude from the start. She put in the wrong items even after being told 3 times, when we told her that she put the wrong things in she just said yeah and walked away and we had to ask her for our right order just for her to give it to us. She didnt give us our money back for what was a couple dollars more than what we should’ve payed and when we got our order, we were missing a fry. The fry we did get, only had maybe 7 or 8 fries in it. Our order wasnt the only one that was wrong as the people in line behind us tried getting her attention to tell her too and she ignored them and walked away.
