Worst Arby's experience. No one at the counter. Finally Ordered a smokehouse brisket sandwich, double reg Arby's sandwich, & medium crinkle fries to go. Got old overcooked curly fries & the brisket sandwich tasted like it's been sitting out under the headlamp all day. Couldn't eat the fries; the dog wouldn't eat them either. Save your money & grab a bite somewhere else. People working there looked like they would rather be anywhere but there. Place looked filthy too.

I ordered 2 small roast beef, sliders, and step to the side. Two Caucasian males came up after me and ordered 2/2 pounder roast beef sandwiches after 10 minutes, which is very slow when it has five people back there working their orders came up. Still no too small roast beef sliders I go up to the register and I speak to Rico, who is such a sweet, kind guy, and he was trying to be so helpful and understanding as he Too noticed that the Caucasian customers were receiving their food while myself still do not have the small sliders. I walk up to the counter and I stated so 2/2 pounders can come out before two roast beef sliders that I ordered 10 minutes ago. Everyone at that restaurant knew exactly what that short Caucasian manager was doing one of the men who had their sandwiches in their bag. Apologize to me for what the manager at Arby’s was doing to me. I will be calling corporate. She did give me my refund for my two small roast beef sliders but with an attitude like I’m wrong for wanting my small sandwiches before she ran back there and made those 4/2 pound roast beef sandwiches. This may not be relevant. This may not be important. However she did not have any teeth or the few she had were not in good shape Arby’s please do better thank you.

The server was super friendly and smiled through the entire transaction. I was impressed that my Classic roast beef sandwich was packed with so much meat.
It is convenient that its in a Love's gas station which maintains clean bathrooms. A good stop before heading to Columbus.

The lady working the register should probably find another job if doesn't like this one. She rang up the customer in front of us, we stepped up and she walked away. Looked at us multiple times without speaking or anything. Walked up to the register and then just walked off. We left, maybe acknowledge your customers.

We don't live close. I had gotten home, Only to find out, they had left a sandwich out. I ordered $55.00 worth of food. The place was not busy, 4 people there, not including my son and I. I usually check my food but unfortunately I didn't this time.

My partner brought home food and it was not good at all. Fries weren't fresh and the sandwich wasn't even cooked all the way. Food options are already limited out here and you'd think if people want better pay, they would at least make the food edible. I can't fathom why anyone would want to pay someone for their shitty food.

Spend $25 on a large roast beef meal and a crispy chicken sandwich meal with mozzarella sticks, and they give you medium meals, chicken sandwich wasn't plain as I had ordered it, and no mozzarella sticks. The server at the window was really nice but the staff preparing the orders is lazy and apparently to incompetent to simply make the sandwich without items( which sounds like working harder to mess up than just making it right).

I visited this location to get some lunch. My granddaughter ordered a curly fry and a strawberry shake. I then ordered 2 hamburger combo meals. When I got my cup to get my fountain drink, the coke was running clear, so the white female working the front told me to go get it in the Loves station. When I received the food, it was cold and they didn't give me a curly fry and a strawberry shake. When I told the tall black male working the counter, the white female working the front told me it's not on the receipt. I told her that I specifically ordered this and it should be on my receipt. They remembered me ordering that, but the tall white male at the register didn't put it on the order. I thought they would make it right, but instead the white female was very rude and told me I would have to go back thru the line again and order it again. All they had to do is give me a strawberry shake and a curly fry to make it right. Instead they were all very rude!!! I was there with my granddaughter. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism! I will never go back to this Arbys again. This is not the first time I've got bad service. This store is always got issues.
