Used to xome here almost everyday around 9pm night crew already knew what i would want get me in get me out these new folks up here b taken so long I only get a 10 min break spend the whole break waiting to order my food need the old crew back.

Start paying attention to the people who are waiting in line at the second order spot, because I had to call and ask them if it was working, because 2 cars had already went through the first one while I was sitting there waiting to take my order. Also when someone pulled up they would sit there saying hello several times before the person taking the order would say hold on or I’ll be with you in a moment. Never once did they say sorry for your wait, just making sure you sit there so they don’t go over their drive time is making people mad, and not wanting to come back to eat there! The food was also put together sloppy, and the onion rings were barely filled up, I ordered a large, not small! I definitely will drive to the popular road Burger King from now on since customers aren’t a priority, just y’all’s drive time being short!

Manager at this location was very friendly and very helpful. I am partially handicapped and she went above and beyond to bring our order to our table, then spent several more minutes with us just chatting. For a fast food place I was very pleased with this location.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!! I went through the drive though and was told to wait until I could order. I waited several minutes and after ordering I was told to wait at the speaker even longer. I finally drive up to the window and get my food. I paid and was gone quickly, but I don't think customers should be sitting at the speaker for so long. That doesn't happen at other places, even other Burger Kings.
The interaction at the window was brief and cheery, but my food was pathetic. The jalapeño cheese bites had clearly been sitting out for too long. They were dark brown, hard and practically hollow, like all the cheese had leaked out. The meat on my Double Texas Whopper was cold in the middle by the time I got home. It's just sad because I've given this place multiple chances.
It just seems like this place always has new employees that are undertrained and overwhelmed. On more than one occasion I've seen employees and managers getting into arguments and it makes you wonder real quality of this store. You're better off going to Wendy's or Ingles Market across the bridge.

Don't let the fact this BK is attached to a gas station fool you! Every time we've stopped the service is above and beyond. You feel like family, but not like the member everyone talks about when they aren't around. Lol. The food was HOT and FRESH. I wish I'd gotten the females name because she clearly communicated, had great energy, fanatical customer service and it seemed like a good coworker/employee dynamic. This is where we'll stop in our way to Atlanta. I'd choose this Burger King simply because I know what my experience will likely be like.
I stopped by Burger King recently and had a really good experience. The restaurant was clean, the order was fresh, and everything came out exactly how I asked. What stood out the most was the service. The manager, Shyy, was friendly, patient, and you can tell she really cares about the customers and her team. She moved around helping wherever she was needed and still made time to check in to make sure everyone in the lobby was taken care of. It’s not often you see a manager lead like that, and it made the visit feel welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Wow things have changed big time at this Burger King! Caught in traffic and pulled off for a bit and felt like grabbing some Cheesy Tots. Last time we came through a few months ago, the wait time was high and food not fresh. But the opposite happened today! The crew was warm and inviting and the food was Fresh, Hot, and tasted amazing! A manager came out and spoke with us a bit and gave the kids some crowns and toys! Definitely will be stopping by again soon!
