You literally can not order anything without them asking you to pull forward into the mobile order parking spots and wait another 5-10 minutes for your food.

Food took forever getting out to me for a to go order, I live 10 minutes up the road at most, when I got home, the 10 piece nugget was in a 6 piece box with 4 nuggets, the burgers were lukewarm, and the fries were ice cold, I tried calling the store 6 times and none of them got an answer.

I could not tell you about the food because we never got that far!! The girl in the Drive-Thru window acted like she hated life and did not even want to be there!! And when I asked her a question she wanted to get smacky mouth! I do not wish for anyone to lose their jobs or not be able to feed their children but this lady does not need a job working with the public

Do NOT order Chicken Big Mac at this location through the APP. They no longer have it. I'll order it through the app got there they don't have it sorry you have to go through the app and get your money back. Went to the app that choice was not available due to the fact that the order had already been placed and ran through the store. They did give me a Big Mac and up sized the frys.

I was using points for my breakfast & they charged me in full & rewarded more points. I was trying to use the expiing points. The cashier didn't even know how to reward them. Not on my bucket list of locations to stop at again.

For the third time now my order has been wrong. I believe more training or better leadership is needed. Also why are the doors locked during the dine-in hours? It makes it slightly irritating to not be able to walk in to order. It's like they can ignore how to do there jobs correctly when they don't have to deal with people standing in front of them. They are truly becoming to standard stereotype that people think of when visiting a fast food place.
