Ordered Double Qtr pounder plain no cheese. Labeled on top of box no american cheese. Open box 2 patties 2 slices of fake cheese. Lactose intolerant and truly fake cheese intolerant. Spent $22+ inedible. Cold fries.

I work nearby here. Since Devan joined, the Hogansville McDonald’s has noticeably improved. His professionalism and genuine friendliness—even during busy times make a big difference and are truly appreciated as a customer.

I've been coming to this location off and on for three years. But, in the last 3-4 months I've been noticing a few things that need addressing. Firstly, the morning shift is AMAZING!! Their cheerful, kind, and pay extra attention to the little things. The food is fresh and delicious. Great eye contact and smiles. I wish I had gotten their names to give a proper shout out. However, and unfortunately, the middle to late shift is terrible in contrast to the first shift. The food is stale and old tasting, and customer service is horrendous. The people that do this shift treat customers like their bothering them, with zero eye contact. When I went inside one evening I noticed the girl at the fry station not using gloves when touching the fries. I also noticed they were playing music in the kitchen that had nothing to do with background music you'd normally hear at a restaurant, it was music being played by the employees themselves. I personally work in retail, and while I understand that people have valid feelings, and can be tired. You also have a job to do to make money and help customers feel welcomed. In short, your breakfest will be phenomenal!! but your lunch/dinner will be below average.

If I could give zero stars I would..I come here alot.. like at least 3 or 4 times a week.. they can't ever get the order out on time.. we have to pull up and wait.. then something ain't right.. either the order is wrong or just missing the sauces.. but that's not even the worse part..I go back in to get 2 Buffalo sauce and they say I gotta pay.. say what? I already ordered them why I gotta pay now.. talking about go get your receipt so I can see.. then I bring it back and nobody acknowledges me.. so I left.. ridiculous.. .. guess not a big deal to most but it really hit me the wrong way at the time.. but yeah no stars if I could

Got online order wrong - ran out of blue icee and rather than offering a sub, tried to give it to us completely without it - when asked, subbed a red one, but was small when we paid for large... and gave us a frozen coke rather than fountain drink which we ordered... and whole time weren't apologetic about it

This mcdonalds is so inconsiderate and lazy. Twice now I have ordered breakfast online,before 10 (cut off is 10:30) and told they arent serving breakfast when I get there (still before 10:30) and to top it off there's no refund. Mcdonalds has stolen my money twice because of their laziness. Worst location I've ever been to

Traveling back home and stopped by this location on the way. Let me just say the customer service is awful. We ordered a hot mocha. We pay for the drink and at second window they tell us they are out of mocha. What else do we want. We ask for a refund and the lady told us to pull up. We refused to pull up until we could understand if she was giving us a refund or they decided to make one. She then got the manager who was just as rude a didn’t try to resolve the problem. The owner of this location needs to be aware of the people working this place. Awful customer service!! Do not visit this location

It is genuinely so frustrating trying to order from this McDonald’s. Last week I made an online order to be picked up inside but I had to go through the drive thru to get it because the doors are locked. The girl at the counter looked right at me and didn’t even come to the door- there were several people eating inside too. And when I got to the window they said they didn’t have my order- even though they did have it and the manager had an attitude and gave some ridiculous reason the doors were locked- and my food was wrong and cold by the time I did get it. Tonight I placed an order at 10:15pm, got there at 10:30pm and I sat in the drive thru until 10:50pm with the signs on and no one coming to the speaker and when I drove up to the window they said they were closed and I could cancel through the app. It says they close at midnight. Between orders being messed up and staff having attitudes, it isn’t even worth it to come here- which sucks because it is 1 of 4 fast food places on this town. I fully understand being short staffed- but as someone who worked in the fast food industry for years- if you close early turn your signs off or put up a note and if you don’t want to be there and have an attitude don’t work in fast food period.
