I work nearby here. Since Devan joined, the Hogansville McDonald’s has noticeably improved. His professionalism and genuine friendliness—even during busy times make a big difference and are truly appreciated as a customer.
I've been coming to this location off and on for three years. But, in the last 3-4 months I've been noticing a few things that need addressing. Firstly, the morning shift is AMAZING!! Their cheerful, kind, and pay extra attention to the little things. The food is fresh and delicious. Great eye contact and smiles. I wish I had gotten their names to give a proper shout out. However, and unfortunately, the middle to late shift is terrible in contrast to the first shift....
Best Mcdonalds experience! Our bus of hungry, tired cheerleaders who worked hard all day competing were craving their Mcdonalds. We got here right when they were closing, but they had compassion on our sad girls and stayed open to feed them all 🙌 Thank you guys!!!
