Wife ordered a grilled cheese and it came out burnt black. When server took the sandwich to the kitchen show the cook, he decided to yell out to us you ordered a grilled cheese at a restaurant what did you expect. The server was extremely nice and apologized but your cook ran his mouth for the rest of our meal and could be heard sitting at our table.

Our server was named Jenna. She was really nice and sweet.. The ribs, the okra, the mashed potatoes, the green beans and the corn was really good. My husband did not like his pulled pork sandwich. The pull pork sandwich could’ve been cooked longer just like the ribs. but overall, everything was really great. The store had a bunch of John Wayne pictures everywhere that made it really cool to look at. Not bad for $40 for two people. I would come back again.

Let me say I don't give 5 stars easily it really has to be a wow we had the fried green tomatoes, bbq plate dinner ,1/4 bbq chicken plate, and 1/2 lb burger, let's say everything came out exactly the right flavor temp and service was excellent 👌 they do it right ✅️ please check them out they don't disappoint!!!

Roger's BBQ is nothing short of AWESOME!
My wife and I got them to cater our wedding in August, and they were some of the politest people to deal with. We got a great deal on food for all of our guests, and the service at the wedding itself was fantastic. Not to mention, the food was amazing!
We worked with Mr. Randy Strickland, and he made sure what got everything we wanted.
Prior to the wedding, we visited the restaurant itself to taste-test and the waitress was polite, the place was clean, and the food was delicious.
I recommend but they need to train better, I placed a online order at 6:51pm I didn’t receive my food until 7:43pm. This is not on the cook. The cook is very great, the girl they had in the front had the food sitting on the counter she started getting it together but then she started taking orders so I figured it wasn’t mine but after 20 more minutes I asked for a refund only did she give me the food she had sitting for 20 minutes

Eat here often. Love the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy. Great catfish filets with slaw and okra. I also like the bbq chicken breast with Brunswick stew! Great food! Great service!
Unfortunately I will have to say the food wasn't even edible. I got a combo plate with pork,chicken, and ribs with fries and stew. The pork looked regurgitated and tasted horrible the chicken looked and tasted boiled and the ribs about the same. None of it is pit cooked which was obvious by the lack of a smoke ring. The stew had almost a chemical cleaner smell and taste. My wife's hotdog was boiled so long it was almost white and stuffed in a flattened burnt bun. I guess on the bright side my grand daughters chicken straps were good. And I really hate to even say all this because I've eaten at this place many times years ago and it was great. PLEASE get it together I loved this place for years however I don't know if I could go back after this.
