Ribs were charred to a hard bone like state,plates and eating utensils have been replaced with disposable,waiter never asked about food,or answered my wife about getting utensils but we finally figured it out!I reached out to management on messenger and gave a chance before this review,they declined to offer anything,so 1 STAR.

Food was delicious. Had a mix up with my order. First off I wasn’t greeted by the cashier who took my order. I asked for a menu, she pointed and I picked it up. She took my order and asked my name. Told me it’ll be about 20 minutes. I came back to get my food and she gave me the wrong food. When I took the food back she told the manager she asked me was that my food and I said yes.. she also told the manager that it was no name on the ticket, when clearly she took my order and wrote my name down so that was her fault. She went back and forth with another employee about the situation when she was only trying to help. The manager was very helpful and got my order out to me. She need training on customer service because her attitude was NASTY.

Messed up my husband order, this is the second time. First time messed up both of our orders by putting on the wrong sauce on the meat. Fish tasted of old grease fried in. French fries are horrible, they are thin and overcooked and tough.

Ordered full rack baby backs and my son ordered country fried steak... he said his food was tasty and good.... mine was tasty but the ribs were still cold ... BBQ was dripping.... im sure if they heated the ribs longer they could have gotten a 5 star on this visit... but it wasn't so I was not impressed... definitely could have done better and I feel this place has potential
