I ordered the new Doritos nachos (ordered several times already) and asked for xtra chicken and was told that I could not order anything extra! (Previously done) and paid extra for it! Employee was rude and I ended up ordering 3 additional meals and removed some of the meat and passed the three other meals to other customers! Native of Hogansville and FIRST bad experience!
The Subway restaurant is located in a very beautiful, historic building — the place itself is quite impressive. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there seems to be an issue with the toaster: the sandwiches come out almost cold, even though they try to heat them. It feels like the equipment isn’t working properly. Hopefully, this is just a temporary issue and will be fixed soon.

I told them I was allergic to mayo and it was on my footlong some. Rachel had an attitude about it and how I can speak up sooner to help them With food costs and blamed me very rudely . I even told them I was sorry about that leaving and she goes “so were you”. Will not come back after being treated like this.

Genuinely the best Subway I've ever been two. Me and my girlfriend have visited on two occasions and have had incredible experiences both times. Today we were served by Dee, who did a great job making our sandwiches and providing wonderful customer service. :)
