It is what it is š it's a Waffle House. With that being said it's ok. I despise the loud conversations between cooks and waitresses about their personal life. I cringe when they sing or dance. Aside from that the food is ok. Not my first choice but my only choice at the time I went.

Every time I order online i ask for my hashbrowns to have jalapenos and onions in them and i get charged for it but NEVER have it on my hashbrowns. Not that big of a deal, but quite annoying when its a few dollars every time and i'm literally paying for nothing.

This what was in my grits after me eating a few Bites I was chewing on nasty ass plastic I went back to the store immediately and showed them what was in my food the supervisor who is also the cook was super rude about it I have the videos to prove it yes I got a refund but no apology!!! Of course I didnāt want another meal!!! after me and him was arguing for a few he then told me the grits was made last night so not only are u serving plastic in the grits u serving grits from last night he told me it donāt Matter who I call heās still gonna be working there after this not only all this bullshit the cook is not even wearing a hairnet he has a beard and like a mini fro if I was the one who picked up this food I would have never got it seeing he wasnāt wearing no hairnet Iām disgusted and will push this to max with the videos I have of his rude tale self cussing and the whole nine like what a way to show customer service eat here at your own risk the only reason I gave one star is thatās the only way I can write a review this place deserve no stars and needs to be shut down if u ask me
Every table was full when I walked in, they sat me within 10 minutes, got my order out quickly and were incredibly kind. The Hogansville Waffle House is a 10/10.

I'm giving one star because of the āto-goā fee. $4 extra dollars that doesn't go to the services team on to-go orders ($15 dollar order btw). Absolutely madness in my opinion. SMH do better waffle house.

Itās unbelievable how we came in really tired and all of this lazy people there was this waiter literally just sitting there, while we were waiting for a table to get cleaned and then she has the audacity to say ā10ā15 more minutesā and all the tables were dirty like the waiter that was just sitting there could like cleaned them or something, at this point Iāll just go to the Mexican restaurant across the street.
