So bad experience going to this Waffle House location for the first time right when I sat down server Miranda told me the family that I got there before was to sit there then when I sat down in the other booth they told me that they weren’t done cleaning it I then had to wait 15 minutes for them to clean it then when I got my coffee I had to keep asking for refills usually when I go to the one near Moreland and the one in Sharpsburg never have to ask for refills. Miranda would ask everyone else refills but when got to me and my buddy she would skip us. When I got a to go coffee she brought back the tiniest cup I’ve ever seen so when I asked for a bigger cup she rolled her eyes. I said all pleases and thank you’s but if I was the owner I would get rid of Miranda that’s no way to act to customers. I will never come back to this Waffle House. If the trainee could’ve been my waiter it would’ve been a better experience just saying he was nice and friendly. But Miranda is a bad waitress. Food is always good though props to the cooks. Miranda bad though can’t be rolling your eyes at customers right to their face thinking they can’t see you. I might be slow but I’m not stupid.

I arrived at 6:50 PM on 12/16/25 and didn’t receive my food until around 7:30 PM. During that time, no one checked on me, asked if I needed anything, or even offered a drink. Every table—including the single-seat tables—had dirty plates left on them. There appeared to be only two employees working, a young woman and a young man, and they were clearly overwhelmed. This location is seriously understaffed, and the overall experience was very disappointing. This is the worst Waffle House I’ve been to

We stopped for a bite on our way to Panama. Food was delicious and served in a timely matter. The building was a little cool for us but the food was hot and fresh.
