Me and my family came to Waffle House and it was completely empty. Workers were sitting down and we thought we could get in and out quickly. After waiting over 50 minutes we all got our food, my bowl had pieces of cardboard in it, my dads eggs were not cooked as we asked and were never fixed, and neither was anyone’s bacon cooked up to standard. My main problem was that workers were on their cell phones while we were waiting for silverware, food, straws, etc. I feel that everything should be taken care of and in order before workers are on their phones, making phone calls. I am very disappointed at the fact my food has cardboard in it, after waiting an unusual amount of time for food, considering Waffle House is usually fast. I hope this all changes in the future, but i won’t be coming back for a very long time.

Got there around 11:30pm and was told i couldn't sit down to eat, and could only order take out, bc the waitress said " she has been working hard for the past 3 hours and needs a break". Welcome to the awful waffel here in hogansville. The worst of the worst that ive been to. This is just one of many times this place has been either closed bc they're "short staffed", while you see 4 employees through the window laughing and carrying on. Or your only choice is take out.

The longest I've waited was 15 minutes.Parking: Parking is decent and lighting at night is good as wellKid-friendliness: Family atmosphere for breakfast. Late night is fine but not on weekends after party hours can be a little rowdy

I went in and my server was some girl with black hair her name was Melissa and she was BEYOND RUDE. She was so messed up she couldn’t even walk straight, she slurred her words the entire time, her eyes were rolling in the back of her head, and she went in the bathroom and I went in right after and it was so smoky in there I could hardly see and after that she was no where to be found I didn’t even get a refill or a bottle of syrup. Very Very disgraceful and disappointing to have an employee that’s like that. Do better.

The visit today was no exception and we ended up leaving before we ordered. At what point in time does someone step in and ask what the underlined problem is?
