If you are doing door dash they don’t start on your order until you get there & drink machines are either down so you can’t get any drinks they have to fill them for you

Slowest fast food joint I've ever been to. 20 minutes to get small order of fries in a hamburger. Someone brought their very young children to work and they're running around playing in the restaurant not being attended to crawling all over floors at customer's feet

Just because of the lettuce shortage does not mean we will not get it in our sandwich. We should be informed before placing order. If you are not adding all ingredients you are not supposed to charge us full price.

They've been out of lettuce for a few days, okay that's cool. Whatever. Today I order a sandwich, no pickles, no tomato, no onion, and of course no lettuce. Gave me a mayo and mustard Sandwich. WTH. Reason I like Wendy's is for all the extra veggie stuff. The extra low review is because the app tells you none of this. You order expecting a Dave's double, end up with a mayo mustard burger. Smh.
