Just couple issues. Fries were not filled completely. Why have a burger called baconator and only put two not crispy pieces of bacon. Supposed to have 6 strips. I know Wendy’s tries to cut expenses but when I pay $12 for baconator combo, it should be perfect Spent $55 at this drive thru. Don’t go to Wendy’s in Hogansville!!!

I open the door to the lobby. Employee walks over says lobby closed that I need to walk through the drive thru to place my order. Unacceptable!!!!! I think they saw me walk over from the truck stop and tried to close the door on me. I guess this Wendy's is doing so much business that they can treat their customers like this.

It said open till midnight. We came at 9:30 and saw 4 cars in the parking lot, and saw employees inside, but they ignored us. Wouldn’t take our order or acknowledge us, but we’re goofing off inside.

My visit to the Hogansville Wendy was anything but memorable. They are supposed to be open til midnight but you can't get any ice cream or milkshale products at 9:30 because the employees are too lazy to fix them for you so don't go there thinking your going to get one . I was told the weren't available. Just because they didn't want to do it. All in All they suck.

Ordered via the touch screen and food came out quick. Only drawback was the floor at the ordering screens was quite sticky
On Google it says they are open until 12am on Saturdays nights. On the Wendy's website it says they are open until 12am and taking mobile orders. So I placed a mobile order expecting it to be ready when my husband got there. He drives 15 minutes to find nobody at all in the building. This isn't the first experience with them closing early either. I remember Wendy's being a good place to go when it was across the street and when the new building was still very new. The last couple of years, everything sucks and we have turned to other establishments for the most part. I guess that won't be changing.

The food wasn’t fresh they have poor communication skills don’t greet you at all southern hospitality is not giving at all (night crew on Monday night was horrible mean mugging for no reason …you should at least feel comfortable getting your order taking but not at all I get they work long hours at least act like you like the job and treat those how you would want to be treated
