The kids that work here are incredibly inattentive to product quality and rude. They look like they hate their jobs and by consequence the guests that come in.

Ordered a strawberry shake and NY cheesecake blizzard. Tasted ok but had bits of mint chocolate chip mixed in with both deserts. These were signs that machine had not been cleaned between making of food. Making me question cleanness procedure.

Super slow service we ordered 4 small dipped cones and had to wait over 20 mins for them

Ordered a small Blizzard for my daughter and a banana split for myself. Turns out they were out of bananas, so they refunded that item and then never made the blizzard for my daughter. 15 minutes later when I asked about it it took the entire staff in a huddle to try to figure it out. We left because if they can't figure out who did or didn't make something, I really don't have time to wait through them figuring out another refund.

Ordered unsweet tea, spat it out, They explained they used some commercial brand that you buy in a convenience store. Typically would not have worried about it but I did request a refund and received it.
I love the Dairy Queen at Amelia Island, Florida (where I spend half of my time, The wait is horrible but it is worth it, great unsweet tea, even more worth the wait, STYROFOAM CUPS)

I went to this location and ordered a strawberry cheesecake blizzard, they gave me a strawberry and chocolate bits, no cheesecake in it. When I told the employee about this, she said, ok I'll make you the correct one, 2 minutes later she opened the window and gave me a small cup with cheesecake bites. I took it in awe and disbelief for the lack of empathy towards their customers. Of course this didn't change the fact that my treat was ruined because it had chocolate and I don't like chocolate, so it ended in the trash. I don't know if this is a management decision or just a lazy employee with disregard for the business, but this is for the management of this establishment, if you keep letting mediocrity be you standard, it says a lot about you and your family.

Consistently the most disorganized and worst service in the area. Time and time again I have given this location a chance. Today in the drive-through they not only got orders wrong but they had no drink carriers no lids and it took a day and a half to get our food. The blizzards were already melted when they handed them to us. I will not be back and we’ll drive to hickory flat if we want Dairy Queen.
