Our blizzards are always so good from this location! Generously mixed and cold enough to make it home without melting! We drive out of our way to go to this location over the Hickory Flat one.

Dairy Queen’s cheeseburgers are THE BEST! And so are their crunchy, bread or panko crumbed onion rings…in my tasty opinion, better than Culver’s & Five Guys. Within 3 days I had both. And Dairy Queen burgers beat them hands down! They have a wonderful grilled flavor. So delicious. I challenge you to try both! Now if they would only put their Pumpkin Pie Blizzard on the menu year round I’d be in heaven!!!

Review: Dairy Queen – March 29 Visit

I went to Dairy Queen on March 29th with my son for lunch, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. We went through the drive-thru and ordered two chili cheese dog meals with an extra chili cheese dog (with extra cheese), plus a caramel frozen hot chocolate and a peanut butter frozen hot chocolate. Our total came to $27, which seemed a bit high, especially since we were told there was an upcharge just because we requested different flavors of frozen hot chocolate. That didn’t sit right with me.

After paying, we were asked to pull around because our order wasn’t ready. Eventually, they brought out the frozen hot chocolates, but we had to continue waiting for our food. When it finally arrived, the chili on the hot dogs looked old and dried out, and one of my hot dogs even had what looked like an eyelash in the box. To make matters worse, I had asked for extra cheese on the extra hot dog—and there was definitely not extra cheese.

I went inside to use the restroom and noticed there were no adults working—just kids. It honestly felt like there was no supervision or management at all. My fries were cold, and the food in general tasted like it had just been reheated instead of freshly made.

This kind of service and food quality is completely unacceptable. I don’t usually complain or ask for food to be remade—I just take the loss and choose not to come back. But I would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

Pricing between the menu board and what you actually pay is not the same. Additionally the quantity + quality of the food is not worth what they are charging.

Very nice location and excellence drive thru service, however the Mint Oreo blizzard wasn't very thick. Maybe it's just a warm day but was melted before I could get half way through.

Service is almost non existent ,i think they need more staff

The young man working the counter seemed to be overwhelmed he was worried more about getting the grub hub, DoorDash orders out more than the people that was there to place orders when he finally got to me 5-8 minutes later after standing there he forgot half of the stuff I ordered and when I got and found out my son’s hamburger was wrong so i tried to call up there no answer and the same thing the next day no one answered the phone so think twice before going there and was only 7:00 on a Sunday night

Absolutely horrible and nasty customer service from your employee Laila. Me and my wife came from exit 20 in canton to come to down to this Dairy Queen to get a couple of ice creams after dinner and this employees attitude was rude to say
The least: Due to the mileage my wife asked for lids on the ice cream and you would have thought we had asked for a kidney because she literally turned around to the other employees and said I am so tired of people asking for lids and then started to shove the ice creams out of the window and after that the attitude was one of complete avoidance.She never said thank you or anything after that. Not sure what the problem
Is but if this is the attitude we can expect we will just go to Brusters from now on. You might wanna tell Laila to get a job out of customer service.
