This one of many times his store has made bad sandwiches and they’re always super soggy I dont know what happened to this store it used to be good, now the workers are terrible at their job and let hair get in the food

Ordered an Italian and wanted ex pepperoin half way through cutting meat the girl said oh I just realized we are out of pepperoni so we changed order and she got mad about it and was slamming stuff down. Not sure how this store being out of pepperoni makes her rude to us.

I watched Hannah deal with two terrible customers in a row with nothing but patience and kindness. That kind of customer service is worth more than $15 an hour. She is an absolute gem that should be paid more.

I've never been to a Jersey Mike's before. A Chinese guy on ticktock did a review and it looked really good. I map quested one new me. So I ordered online and paid. Went to get gas at Costco and drive a few minutes to that Jersey Mike's. It was slow at 1:20 pm Monday. My sandwich was ready for pick up! Nice, friendly girl making subs. Tipped in person. I was exactly what I asked for. TY I highly recommend this location!!

I can not say enough wonderful things about this store, they really stepped up and corrected MY mistake! I had placed a order for a work meeting and did not pay attention to what location was selected and when I got to this store to pick it up (which obviously did not exist) the manager Carry got right on it and her and her team jumped to get the order made and even called the location I mistaking ordered from to let them know my mix up as she could tell it had been a rough day for me. I was just so impressed with the customer service! Did I mention this was right in the middle of their lunch rush and by the looks of things they had enough on their plate but handled the situation with such kindness and pose, I was really impressed and more so, grateful! This location is always so busy and I can see its because they have amazing staff and management so of course that leads to more business. Thank you to Carry and her team for your kindness and professionalism and for saving the day in a situation that was not your fault! You will never know how much I needed your small acts of kindness today, it really turned my crappy day around! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!

Gluten Free Celiac Review - This Jersey Mikes is the best one I have been to in terms of safety regarding cross contamination. We went during a lunch rush after baseball games on a Saturday, and they had no problem making my gluten free sandwich separately in the back. I watched as they made the sandwich and was fine with everything until the lady making it grabbed lettuce from the main area to put on my sandwich. I was going to let it go and not eat it, since it was cross-contaminated, but ended up bringing it to her attention after she finished the first sandwich. When I explained to her why I was uncomfortable eating that sandwich she didn’t hesitate before making me another sandwich, this time with lettuce from the back that had not been touched with gluten hands. I enjoyed my sandwich & did not get sick. The best part of the entire experience was the woman making my sandwich listening to my concerns and learning why the lettuce wasn’t safe for me to eat. I will definitely be using this location as a regular, safe, spot to eat.

i order the cheesesteak in a bowl from so many other stores but for some reason this location adds lettuce even though lettuce is deselected. when i told them they said all bowls come with lettuce even if you don’t want it… you have to add it to special directions if you don’t want lettuce??? the bowl simply replaces the bread. it’s not a lettuce bowl… n e who they remade the order. but i just won’t go to this location anymore… soggy wilted lettuce on hot menu items being mandatory in a bowl is insane…
