This store is gross. Everything was filthy, including the bathroom where there was pee EVERYWHERE in both the men and women's bathroom. I thought Piggly Wiggly's were bad but this was just disgusting.

This store has a terrible smell before you even enter the second set of door, I've only encountered this in small grocery store in extremely poor neighborhoods. I decided to give it a try anyway since I drove all the way there. I headed to their deli section for a sandwich and they were old looking. There "fresh" hot food was dried out and crushed over, just gross. I am extremely disappointed where I'm from Kroger is a high end store as far as grocery chains and it usually beats out food lion and the like as far as quality. After stepping into this sub-par store I'd rather shop at walmart

Just a disappointing experience this grocery is consistent in poor service went in for 3 items one being almond milk and they were out ok I went with my 2 items to check out as always never enough cashiers working and self check out one register was out of order and the other self check outs were filled with people with a full weeks worth of groceries with full shopping carts. check out is for a few items and speed but not here maybe because of not having enough cashiers so I left and drove to Lowes grocery on timber drive, the Lowes grocery is remodeled, modern and clean, the opposite of the rundown Kroger's CLOSE Krogers or remodel and yes Lowes had Almond milk in fact so many choices it was confusing and the customer service at Lowes blows krogers away, always enough cashiers and there self check out is a pleasure to use and if you need assistance there is someone there Not at Krogers or at self check out, just a suggestion if anyone at krogers reads Yelp go to Publix and learn how to manage a grocery you are sad excuse for a grocery I went here to get an item that only Kroger and whole foods carry when I asked a store employee I was told it was on the other side of store again poor to no service here. And of course they were out of the item I was looking for! At Home Depot when I asked a store employee where an item was the employee took me to the aisle and helped me find what I was looking for, that's customer service all you will find at krogers is a much lower set of standards please close this store and let a real grocery take over like Publix!

I have been shopping at this Kroger for years and have no problem with the products that are offered at this location, but had an incident that seriously made me question whether or not I will be frequenting this location in the future. I was giving a lesson today on the spread of cultures and stopped by early to pick up some various items related to the lesson. As I looked at the banners indicating what was located on each isle I noticed the fact that the language was both in English and Spanish so I took a quick picture of the sign for multicultural foods. Within fifteen seconds of browsing a young lady approached without identifying herself and in a angry condescending tone asked what am I doing taking pictures inside of her store. I calmly explained the situation and mentioned my lesson but was greeted with a tone that made me feel like I had just staged the greatest bank heist in the history of humanity. I calmly offered to delete the picture and was told it was not necessary but after being treated that way,for doing something so simple that I thought would bring a real world example to my lesson, I deleted the photo the moment I got to my car. I love this store and their selection is wonderful and their employees are always a pleasure. Perhaps this young lady was having a bad day, was tired, or was just trying to protect their secrets from that evil Food Lion. I hold no ill will towards her but just it left enough of an impression that throughout the morning I constantly have been asking myself how it could have been that big of a deal and threw me off enough in the store that I completely forgot to buy what I came in for in the first place. Maybe a sign could be placed in clear view saying no photography as customers walk through the door so that they know what should and should not be done if they would care to enjoy their shopping experience and not feel as though their existence led to the invasion of Poland.

My dinner? Let me tell everybody. I go to the fish counter and I picked up the last two bags of mussels for a simple Italian dinner. The man at the counter puts the bags on the counter then says" I don't know Why they put these darned white tags on the bags, what could be wrong?" and he rips them off, sniffs the mussels saying they're fine and tosses the labels in the trash. I trust him because we always small talk and I'm at the fish counter often so all I say is "Ya never know, that's how they recall lots of bad sea food. What if a nuclear reactor exploded up the coast." joking of course but little did I know. Fast forward to dinner time and all my prep work is done so now I go over the mussels and was shocked that literally Half of them were broken and dead. I take the ones left and even over the garlic wine lemon basil...my kitchen smelled like a sewer. I'm FURIOUS! I'm a retired chef so Every ingredient I use is Top shelf and I even buy my olive oil from a shop in NYC that I went to when I lived there and good ingredients around here are close to impossible to find. Sure I'll get ten bucks back for the mussels but I won't get back my time, my ingredients or the loss of a great meal which ended up being the bread I made and the fresh green beans in garlic and parm.

I shop this store 3 or 4 times a week.....the staff is always helpful and kind. I live on spicy wings so whenever I go to the counter Tiera always gets my order ready fast. She is allway very helpful and when she's busy Taylor takes over. Here are two employees I would love to have working for me.... I needed help finding some pkg. dip and the fellow at the register gave good directions right to the spot. I'll be back!

When I lived in Garner, Kroger was one of my least favorite grocery stores. It still is not my favorite but it has moved up on my list, I prefer Lowes Foods. Kroger can offer some great deals, make sure you check the weekly circular. Unfortunately, they did a horrible job bagging the groceries and my raspberries fell out on the way to the car. One of my favorite things here is a Kroger cake, I love their icing!

This is a very nice store! It is clean and well organized, and the Produce department is pretty large and has just about everything you are looking for, INCLUDING Daikon Radish... Really! Of course they have a fair share of Organic produce and a section of organic and/or healthy refrigerated and freezer items like Amy's Burritos, Almond Milks, Coffee drinks, etc.. There are also a few aisles of just "healthy" type stuff like chips, breads, cookies, you name it. Not just organic foods but also low processed food without a ton of additives. They also cater to the Gluten Free shoppers. Besides that they have a fresh meat and seafood department, as well as the packaged meats. You name it, they probably have it. They have a pretty big Deli and Bakery, and a refrigerated section with packaged Boar Head meats, cheeses and pickles as well as other unique brands. The employees I've talked to have been VERY friendly and helpful! checkout has been a breeze for me (knock on wood). Its a nice store and I like to mix up the grocery shopping experiences now and then so as not to get in a food rut, and this is a great place to go.
