Soy protein only, even though menu says whey protein for coffees. Smoothies are called shakes, even though there's no milk or ice cream. They refuse to make a smoothie without soy - which increases estrogen.
Love the team here. Great product!

I absolutely love nutrition 140. For me it has always been more than just a energy pick me up, it has been a spiritual pick me up at times for me. Always full of smiles and laughter when you walk through the door. Everyone is friendly and willing to help educate you on healthy eating and habits.
