I absolutely love nutrition 140. For me it has always been more than just a energy pick me up, it has been a spiritual pick me up at times for me. Always full of smiles and laughter when you walk through the door. Everyone is friendly and willing to help educate you on healthy eating and habits.
Best place to get a tea and/or shake! Great way to start the day or have an afternoon pick me up. The staff is so friendly, helpful, and overall amazing! Can’t rave enough about this place!
Heard a lot about this place so I stopped in once and haven’t stopped stopping in since! Kristen and the girls are so sweet and personable and truly treat you like friends/family!
