Half of our food didn’t get delivered, DoorDash resent the order which was then completely wrong. Absurd. This is absolutely the worst Taco Bell in the area.

This store has the worst employees, they can never get the order correct , when I called in to get refund for order not being correct I was told “ I’m sorry but I can’t refund your order”. I would go to a different location , I won’t be returning, all over a measly 12$. Good job Taco Bell haha

Ordered our food by app and had to wait in line to pick up, but still, after waiting online for 20 minutes, we still had to wait for the food to be prepared. So, overall, waiting time for 2 rice and bean burritos was over 30 minutes. Most would have left or complained to the manager, but we waited patiently. The sad part is that the burritos were not worth the wait. Sorry, Taco Bell, you dropped that bell.

Thank you. After a long week and you just want something good fast, this is the Sunday night spot. They always take the order correctly, make the order correctly, and it's always packed nicely and hot. The Sunday night crew here makes this the best Taco Bell in the area. Don't change the schedule up please! Thank you.

Absolutely the worst service! They even had to lock the doors to stop people from coming in cause they kept messing up and mixing up orders. Crazy how some people just can't do their jobs. Baffleling really.

This is my honest objective opinions and experiences with this location. My intent is not to troll or be mean.

The General Manager is highly unpleasant and aggressive. (As someone who's worked fast food multiple years) your management is not respected and/or totally tyrannical. And there may be some good employees, I have had decent food here, but this location has a LOT of super lazy employees as well. It would also be pretty nice to not have a wordless zombie staring at me then holding a bag of food to my face when my food is ready. I'd also love to be able to close 4 hours before the posted closing time, like you guys do.

Frequently being out of items is a sign of incompetence in management. Covid shortages are not a thing anymore. Stop blaming your food truck drivers.

I really wish Taco Bell corporate would shut this location down and open up a totally new location in this area. I do just drive to the surrounding locations but having to do that significantly reduces the amount of visits.
