The food is great and the service, they just close so early you better get lunch because they are rarely open after four. No breakfast.

I have ordered french fries several times, and each time they were half fried. They had no taste. Don't order them.

Lady who took our order was not friendly at all ,she did not greet us just asked what we wanted with an attitude didn't smile nothing. But the food was good. I wasn't able to eat all of my food and they charged me for a carry out plate which I thought didn't make any sense because I just paid almost $13.00 for a dinner.

Never have what's on the menu.. no chicken salad. Even though it's on the menu. No gizzards.. no coleslaw and only 5 chicken strips for 1 chicken strip meal even though I wanted 2. And the 5 I got were so hard .. Carters used to be a really good place to eat in Homerville, but not anymore.. might as well go on down to red light. Turn right and enjoy Popeyes

They have really gone down hill in all asspects from food quality to serve. Twice now my daughter was charged a higher price than her co-workers for same meal and she wouldn't say anything and I got my grandson chicken tenders and got home and they were just a bit bigger than nuggets, I called and was told that's the size now people like the smaller size ok NOT and the other day my daughter's order wasn't correct was missing she was at work and called me I tried calling no answer it was almost closing time I drove the 8 miles and was told they was closed and wouldn't help and was also told how do I know she paid for it she was very rude.. Don't waste your Time or Money Quality,Quantityand Prices are not worth it..

Grew up eating Carter's chicken. Every time I go there the chicken is hot, but the fries ... not so much. I really like their tea, but the ice tastes fried. Still tho, I like the chicken enough that the other two aren't deal breakers.
