The waitress and the cashier were very friendly . The cooks were working together as a team and my food was prepared quickly.

It's hard to rate this experience as anything but terrible unfortunately.
The waitress argued about the sampler not being a sampler. We waited over an hour for food and had to leave because people that came in after us were served before our food was even started, and no one told us what was taking so long until we inquired (online orders and customers after us apparently took precedence).
When we asked for the check for the waffle, 2 coffees and 2 teas, and were told 1 item out of 5 was just being prepared, and told them to cancel it and give us our check.
20 dollars lighter with no apology we left and went to Carter's and got great food and service.

What you would expect from a chain restaurant. Decent food served with a smile in a timely manner. The owners might want to inventory their food though. I watched some go out the back door and into a white(rusty) Chevy truck on 11/2/2024. Maybe it was expired and she was taking for her animals, but the owners should check.

For a pretty packed house on a Saturday morning these guys were hustlin! We were just passing through going from Brunswick to Valdosta - Our waitress was EXCELLENT, the cooks were bustin their butt's and the food was great! Whoever worked on 10/19, that morning ya'll really made it a great experience. I got the best vibes here too, we all know huddle house as a chain but there was great "hometown" vibes here. We will definitely go back when we go through again! Thanks y'all!

I think shrinkflation finally hit the Huddle House. The pancakes definitely got smaller and it should never cost one person over $20 for a meal. The cooks are pretty good and the wait staff is exceptional. Store is clean.
