YES - HIRE JIMBO'S!!!! We used Jimbo's for our wedding of about 170 people. I don't usually expect good food at a wedding, but dang! This was delicious. Mark worked with us to create the menu we wanted, including some higher end options. He has options to meet any price point. The displays were beautiful. Get the shrimp & grits - they are served in martini glasses and were an absolute hit. He also made my husband & I plates to eat filled with everything. He also made us a wonderful to go basket so we could enjoy the wedding food again. The service provided was above and beyond. He helped us get cutlery and plates, as well as plenty of cups for our pre-ceremony Prosecco. We did the dessert bar as well, it was very pretty and tasted even better. We did 15 minutes of passed hors deourves, with plenty of them scattered throughout cocktail hour. NOBODY went hungry. I have never had a caterer with the philosophy of nobody hungry! I will hire Jimbo's in the future.

The staff all went above and beyond to make sure the experience was the perfect reception for every guest . The kindness ,caring and compassion Mark and his staff provided was Amazing ! Jimbo's Catering was the most incredible caterer that we were lucky enough to have found! We had extremely bad experiences finding a caterer, when a friend recommended Jimbo's for our wedding. We did a tasting, and OH MY GOODNESS, IT WAS INCREDIBLE! You don't even need a tasting, trust me!! At our tasting, they made extra menu items that we didn't ask for, and were personal in what we described as our vision. On the day of the wedding, they were friendly to our guests, and the food was delicious. Our guests are still raving about how yummy everything was! We are so grateful that we found them!!
