Service is slow even when you’re the only person in line outside. Food is always cold even if they have you pull up and wait for something to be fixed. Almost everyone has to pull up and wait on their orders even the people dining inside. Just not that great to me for the price you have to pay on some over priced items. Oh and always out of chicken breasts or white meat which is all I eat. Why though???

July 2023- Awful customer service! I asked to order 15 pieces of dark meat. They proceeded to tell me they couldn’t sell me that many pieces of dark, only in the 8 piece meals. So, I asked to order 2-8 piece meals (16 pieces of dark meat). After the manager acted like it was too much to do on his part, he placed the order (only after arguing with the cashier about it). When I got to the window, I asked if they had the beignets. The cashier said, “yes,”and I ordered 4. I did not look at my receipt, so partly my fault for not checking behind them. When I received my food, 30 minutes later (I knew I would have to wait a little while), I had one 8 piece dark meat meal and 4 strawberry biscuits. Of course I had a conversation with the manager about my order, because the cashier couldn’t look me in the eyes and converse with me about anything. The manager was very aggravated (there were like 4 people in the sitting area and no one in the drive thru), and he offered no explanation or reimbursement/exchange for their errors. The manager looked pure dumbfounded and seemed ill-equipped to be a manager of a business. I was so frustrated that all I could do was shake my head in disbelief. I will not go back to Popeyes in Homerville, Ga for a long time.**Background, I have worked in customer service for many years in various service areas, and I understand the struggles; however, there was no excuse for the blatant lack of care/concern exhibited by the employees at Popeyes during my visit.

I’m not a fan of popeys at all , thers enough chicken spots in homerville already. I would’ve done a Taco Bell/kfc combo restaurant ??? . With that being said I can’t rate any stars on this one in homerville because I have eaten there!

The worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. We had to repeat our order several times to the lady at the window just to find out they were out of what we wanted, after we already ordered it. We tried to give them another chance after our first visit which was also bad. The first time we waited 30 mins for two chicken sandwiches. The car in front of us had been waiting even after we got our food and left for a 10 piece chicken nugget (the employees had the window open talking about it so we overheard it). Absolutely ridiculous. Corporate needs to shut them down. We will not be coming back.
