Went at 3pm on a Saturday. Pretty dirty in there for a slow part of the day. Food was as expected and quick. Cashier seemed like he didn't want to be there and rolled his eyes when I asked for ketchup.

In store there were only three customers. All of these orders were over 12 minutes and not yet filled. Tables were not cleared and cleaned. The manager was too wrapped up in cooking instead of leading the team to efficiently get the orders out. It was clear that his priority was the drive thru line. The soda machine was out of several products with no indication that they'd be filled soon.

Waited 20 minutes for a double whopper no pickles. When I got to the window the employee explained how the guy before me had a huge and problematic order and apologized. He then gave me the best burger from a fast food restaurant I’ve ever eaten. That thing took me to flavor heaven bro I’d wait an hour to a burger like that omg

Drive through attendant was gruff and unfriendly. Took FOREVER only to receive undercooked onion rings AND burgers. Most of our food went straight into the trash. Waste of $40. Gross.
