I have been going to the Burger King on Hwy 124 in Hoschton for 14 years...but never again! I'm done with this place. Today at 5:00 - generally supper time for most folks - there are 3 teenagers working and one manager who was leaving and someone else who was replacing him. No one is working the cash register. The girl working the window sees me standing there. I try to get someone's attention by saying "hello." She finally looks at me, and I ask her if she can get whoever is working the register to come take my order. She says she can help me, but in the process of counting out my change, one of the two male teenagers, hauling out the trash, distracts her by yelling across the lobby, "Is so-and-so your boyfriend?" She gives him a dirty look and tells him not to disturb her while she is waiting on a customer. You think?? Of course, she was a dollar short on the change, but we got that straightened out. The two male teens are just messing around in the work area. Three cars are waiting at the drive-in and I am waiting at the counter, but alas, no one else but all of us seem to be in a hurry! So, the manager finally comes out on his way to go home, and I ask him if it's possible to get my order. He goes over and checks it out and acknowledges that the burgers are in the bag but waiting on fries. Now, since I had 15 minutes to stand at the counter and watch this unfold, I can say that I watched one guy fry 3 baskets of fries, but none were put in my bag. Finally the evening manager strolls out of the office, and I ask again for my order. He gets finally gets some fries to put in the bag with my now cold burgers. What an ordeal!!! Never again!!! I've had grace with this place because I know it's hard to get help these days. But really! Come on! You can do so much better than this! I'll just go to McDonald's across the street - which isn't much better - and hopefully another fast food place will open up around here in the near future!

The food quality isn't what it use to be, service is always slow compared to Wendy's or mc Donald, you always have to pull around front for someone to bring your food, managers always have that don't give a fuc attitude. Burger King is a place you go when you just don't feel like driving anywhere else or nothing else is open.

doody booty dont come here service is horrible and have been waiting jn like for 25 mins and still havent gotten my food sweet tea tasted like lemons and like it was made last week

Cold food, long wait, rude customer service, order incorrect, missing food.How this location remains open is beyond me, years now they continue to just do the bare minimum when serving customers. This location should be shut down or atleast change their upper management, cuz whoever is really running the show there could obviously careless.

Boutta expose everyone I've never seen David wash his hand the dish water is used even after it's brown the sanitizer is used hot which makes it lose its cleaning properties if you order after 10 you most likely will get a old burger the onion rigs do not have onions in it the bottom if the broiler which makes you're burgers is cleaned next to the toilet plungers their is mold above the play place the way the oil is filters it gets pushed from fryer one to fryer two then after that day fryer three the only one that gets dumped is fryer four where fish products are made oil is black burgers come pre made unlike any other burger place no grill is used the mayonnaise is reconstituted from the factory so it separates tomatoes are not fresh and it's cheaper to go to anywhere else
Fast and friendly service, food was fresh and really tasty. Possibly the cleanest Burger King I've ever been to.

Very strange Burger King, i went out here in Early March and the food itself was good, but when i went to use the Restroom, some Young Lady came up to me and said "do you work here? i need to go use the restroom" i felt immediately uncomfortable, as i went back into the Playground, one of the workers friends came in and they started playing around at work. And in addition to that, the vent under the door to the Playground was leaking water from the rain peeling the wallpaper. it's an average Burger King - but i will still come back in cautiously.

Nice people and decent service, but the junior burger they served me today was cold and dried out, as if left over from yesterday. My visits here are rare, but if memory serves, they screw up a lot. Maybe this franchise needs help.

Burger King has always been my favorite for fast food burgers. I do not eat fast food often, so have not been in awhile. Ordered a Whopper Jr., what I got was a small slider…. Not even a normal size burger. Not worth the money. Will never go back….

I've lived 3/4 mile from this BK for 13 years and can count on 1 hand how many times I have been here. Not because I dislike BK but because this BK can't ever seem to get it right! Today, 2:30pm NOBODY in dive thru and parking lot mostly empty, I decide to try once more. Hit the drive-thru and order the Texas Double Whopper meal. I'm handed my food with no straw and no napkins. Also quite surprised for $12 dollars I got a small soda and small fry. Get home, get settled and soda tastes like the worst foul water ever. I eat the fries then open the burger only to find 2 patties of what I guess is an IMPOSSIBLE MEAT thing and only lettuce, pickle and ketchup. NOTHING TEXAS ABOUT IT. No bacon, cheese, jalapeno's.... NOT WORTH THE DRIVE BACK TO ARGUE. Just keep my $12 and I'll keep going elsewhere.
