This is a reasonable Burger King location. It’s connected to a Circle K gas station. The convenience store is not very big at the Circle K and the Burger King portion had a limited number of seats, but it wasn’t busy. The staff were OK somewhere hopeful and cheerful somewhere not happy to be there. That’s probably similar to Burger King the food was fine and there are no complaints to what we ordered.

Got there mins before lunchtime and it was chaotic. No system. Slow. Long waits for food. Now the lunch rush is in line attempting to order but the cashier was piddling around. Orders were going out of order. Was planning on eating in but had to leave after this.

This Burger King franchise has the slowest, most inefficient drive thru I have EVER experienced BARNONE!!!!! I got so irritated at the time, waiting behind the cars in front of me that I went inside to place my order. I expressed to the manager that is a god-dammed shame that prices at fast food restaurants have so significantly increased, yet quality and service has so significantly decreased. And it so obvious that this franchisee doesn't give a damn! This is the closest Burger King to my house so I know this experience is not a "one-off". It is CONSISTENTLY poor... no matter what time of day. I do not blame the workers, who I believe are doing the best they can to keep up with the flow of business just off a busy interstate. It is a POOR reflection of Burger King and it shines a light on the franchisee's unsatisfactory management of this location! You may save time AND gas moving on to the next closest Burger King.

Food always taste like the greese hasn't been changed. We went today an the food wasn't even worth eating. The time before that our burgers were burnt an we had to through them away
Waited for 5 minutes in the drive thru and the rude lady on the speaker still couldn't take my order. They lost 3 customers who drove out of the drive thru line before I finally gave up and drove away. PITIFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡😡

While traveling, we needed to make a quick food stop. Our order was completely wrong. Ordered a cheeseburger with mayo only, and it was a normal cheeseburger. And then ordered a whopper with cheese no pickles, and it had pickles on it. Burger King - you can do better. Your slogan used to be "have it your way."
