This is probably one of the worst run Burger Kings I have been to. We moved close by about 4 months ago and in the 4 or 5 visits to this location I have had to wait between 25 and 45min for a three or four person order with no special instructions. Did not matter if breakfast or afternoon. The staff tries, but they are incredibly short-staffed. Usually there are three people trying to run the whole thing and no one is at the front counter or they ignore you. The couple times I did drive thru it took a long time, cups literally covered in soda, no straws, no napkins and the fry containers were half full. Orders are typically correct but it takes a REALLY long time. We now drive 10min further to Hamilton Mill because we get back more quickly.

Isheka and Cecilia are two of the nicest ladies I have ever met to work in driver thur. They are always in a good mood and have a big smile 😁 on there face. I have not never meet a unfriend person there. Very good service there. Nice people always.

Came through drive through after Wednesday church for a quick meal. Anything but, took 25 minutes to get our food after both the male employees walked away from their stations when a line of 6 cars formed leaving 1 person to do everything.
EXCEEDINGLY unprofessional. Food was OK, fries were undercooked though.
All in all I rate this location low as I have constantly had issues with their staffing not being able to handle the customer load.

5 pm on a Thursday and waited for 10 minutes at the drive thru and nobody came, went around to go inside and 2 employees were arguing with a customer and another was walking around with a headset on EATING ice cream behind the counter .. what a joke
The manager on duty always has an attitude and is disrespectful to customers. Shitty service. And everytime I come in they are out of things and they have been serving burgers with no grill. Don't recommend going here ever. Place needs to be shut down.

I sat waiting at the drive through speaker for 2 minutes before they came on ask for me to hold one moment. They then took 6 minutes for them to come back to only then tell me they did not have any hamburgers.

Claims to be “home of the whopper” but we show up through traffic and construction to we have no meat. They only had fried chicken on a Friday afternoon, shame your location is NOT ready for the weekend.
