I have a star to give a review. I went through the Drive through and them little Girls are RUDE and need to be taught manners. I asked a question the drive through worker was rude and the other girl who had nothing to do with it start saying don’t serve her after they took my money shut the window and was talking smack. I opened the window and said give my money back and told her I’m grown women that has no time to play with children. She began telling me to shut up and saying all kinds of stuff I said give my money back. She took her precious time and then she was standing back making faces and talking noise and I asked for the manager and they wouldn’t give me the name said they didn’t have one. Said whoever quit . Needs to close the doors because the service sucks bad and they need new leadership if they’re allowing this behavior. (This the one who has so much to say. )

Ive given this place one too many chances. Every time i come the food either tastes old or is cold. Today on 3/6/24 i went through the drive through at about 7:30 pm. I ordered a 12 piece chicken fry, mozzarella sticks, and a sweet tea. When i got to the window the blonde kid working was extremely rude and took almost 10 minutes to get my food out. When i got home (about a 5 minute drive) the chicken frys were luke warm and rubbery. Th Mozzarella sticks were chewy, and i never got the ranch i ordered, instead they gave me five things of marinara. I couldnt even eat yhe food, the only good part of my order was the sweet tea. Every time i come, the food sucks, the staff are rude and rush you, and their shake machine is always “broken.” Not to mention when i had a interview with them about a year and a half ago, the manager was rude to me, and told me he was sending me a “extended interview.” After about a month of back and fourth with no email, i got fed up and went to work else where. 1/5 stars. Dont recommend

The young kids at the drive through windows were very rude and they gave me the wrong order. They gave me a coke half way filled up in a large. The chicken sandwich was really bad. The fries came cold and we're half way filled up, no fries dropped in the bag either.

Manager was Rude to me with my family in the car. Stopped to get some grub and the manager is just rude. I’ve contacted corporate about the situation and informed them what happened if you read other reviews this seems to happen a lot. The staff is friendly besides the manager. Restaurant is overall pretty clean and nice food was average Burger King

I believe I drove off from window without my bank card. As soon as I made this statement without checking they automatically said we don’t have your bank card. I asked Heather Ellis the GM to check camera. She told me she trusted her employees and was busy with lunch rush they don’t have it and hung up on me. In disbelief I called back twice to confirm what I was hearing and what she just said on recording. She hung up again. The bank card is not a big deal can clearly be canceled but the General manager is rude. I had to call police up here for assistance in getting information to report general manger to corporate. This post is not about them stealing my bank card nor was she ever approached in that manner. I explained I may have driven off from window without receipt and card. Her response was she “trusted her employee’s” .

Do not eat at this restaurant. Had to file charges on manager due to throwing my food on the ground in front of both my small children.Then she decided to threaten to spit in my food.So this location will also be red flagged at health inspection office due to breaking a health violation.Then really need to start hiring better representation for there store.This location is across from chateau elan and standards should be held higher. All video pertaining to this situation will be released to local news and on every social media site.Video had full audio and picture.

Went through drive thru at 10:45pm they close at 12am. Ordered through the app paid and all. Got to the drive thru and they immediately said “we’re closed” I then said I had an online order “pull around” I get to the window the lady opens the window and tells me “I’m not going to even pull your order up because I don’t have the product to make what you ordered my broiler just broke. Okay understandable, what I’m not understanding is now I’m out of $30 and your no freaking help! I have to figure out how to get my money on my own! YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. No wonder your working at burger king !
