The absolute worst McDonald’s service I’ve ever had. We went in, put our order on the kiosk, and… nothing. Watched everyone else get their food. Saw several other orders come out wrong. Finally asked about our order- to find it had not been started (after 30 minutes). They called us up, and it was still incomplete (missing a happy meal and all drinks). The person after us ordered 4 $5 meals and the cashier said “Oh, great. Here we go again.” It was bizarre and terrible: it was also not all that crowded- there were maybe 5 orders the whole time we were there. The woman who was taking our order and was unable to handle the “large” (4-person) orders also appeared to be the shift leader/manager.
I would drive out of my way to go to a different location.

STOP PARKING ALL OF YOUR DRIVE THRU CUSTOMERS!!! Parking ALL of your cars means you care more about your #s than you do customer service. PARKING customers should only be done when an order is waiting on an item that will hold up customers who AREN'T waiting for that same item. As I sit in your Drive thru #1, you have ALL 5 reserved spots filled. As I sit in your drive thru, I have had to tell my order details to THREE different employees trying to get the right food to the right customers - thank you for that effort. This is lousy customer service, it's ineffective use of labor, and when a customer chooses your FAST FOOD restaurant, a large part of that decision is time - do I have TIME to wait 20+ minutes after you take my money??? -usually the answer is no. After giving my order details to the 3rd employee, I asked for the manager, only to have someone sent back out to tell me if I wanted to speak to the manager, I could go inside. Manager Helen, have respect for your customers and your staff. Face your customers instead of hiding behind your young employees that you are running instead of managing - this is poor leadership. I know business won't be impacted by this review, but I hope someone in charge sees the frustration and considers how they choose to treat customers.

We just went through the drive thru. We are missing half the order and the half we did get was made wrong. We are missing sauce, a small fry, and an apple juice. We ordered cheese burgers with only ketchup and both cheeseburgers were made regular. Sad.

I’ve eaten at this McDonald’s maybe four or five times. Every single time the burgers have been terrible, very dry and hard buns. Last night I got a couple of filet-o-fish sandwiches and again the buns were not fresh. That will be my last time visiting the Hoschton location. This is honestly the first location where the food hasn’t tasted like every other McDonald’s.

Charged 3 dollars for 2 hashbrowns I was pulled up to wait for and they bring me this. The owners and management should be ashamed of the service here.

Everything about the visit was out of sorts. Both ordering kiosks were broken. The poor girl running the register was overwhelmed. I was overcharged for my meal. A simple order of a #7 took over 20 minutes, and it was only delivered after I asked for a refund (I was late getting back). I then received 2/3 of the order.

Hopefully this was just a transient staffing problem, but the kitchen was full of workers.

I eat McDs every 8-10 years just to see if they've improved ...and remind myself why it's been 10 years. They didn't disappoint: Consistently BAD for 25 years now.

Long wait. $11.75 for cheeseburger and what they now call large fries. Run by children. Despite grill slip, burger COLD!

Awful experience. Everyone came back in from the drive thru complaining about old food and we all had been waiting for well over 30 minutes. Why are we waiting so long when the foods HOURS old? Also they put toys from 3 years ago in our happy meals haha. My kids were anticipating the toys that every other mcdonalds is giving right now. This place needs to be shut down. Avoid at all cost.

Waited 42min for cold dry McDoubles and nuggets that literally look like they were rolled on the floor. There was a line of 6 people all from the drive thru with similar issues

I come here often and almost always I am disappointed, they bring me the wrong order, sometimes there is no bread, they don't give me a glass of water, you have to stand and ask, it's crazy, I don't recommend anyone to eat here, the tables inside are dirty, there is garbage, no one controls it😑
