Ordered 2 meals and a happy meal. Missing a whole order of fries and both chicken nugget meals came with zero sauce after ordering sauces. Check your whole order before leaving!

Horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes for an order only to realize that they had deleted our order off their screen. Management needs to do something about the behavior of their employees. There was was like 5 to 6 people just standing around not working. They were just talking smack about another employee.

This has always been my go to place but lately it has been really bad. I will not be coming back.. The food was horrible. I ordered the new chicken strips and a fry. The fries were cold and tasted like they had been cooked more than twice they were rubbery. The chicken strips were dry and almost burnt. This food is not cheap!!! I expect to get decent food for the price. I guess that is too much to ask for at this location... If I could give it a 0 I would.... I sat in the parking lot and fed the food to the birds that's how bad it was....

We wanted 4 triple cheeseburger. We couldn’t do the triple so they added an extra patty to each which we got charged for. We also asked for a 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal and only got 4 nuggets. Either someone cannot read, can’t count, or didn’t care. It’s too much of a hassle to drive all the way back when we’re not even from here but I’d like to atleast bring this to the attention because people are getting charged for incomplete orders!

We live near this location and go there often. It is one of the best McDonalds. If you ever have any problems management will make it right. I don’t understand all rhe bad reviews. We go here A LOT and rarely have wrong orders or bad food.

Constantly missing food when ordering from the app. Food missing items or made wrong. When attempting to call, the attendant will pick up and hang up the phone. Unable to racktify the wrong order via phone.
Mobile order with curbside pickup. Waited over 20 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries. Mibile app said it was completed in 5 minutes. Counted at least 30 cars go through the drive thru while waiting. Food was cold and gross. Lady bringing out the food said sorry and walked away.

Because I have kids, I have to visit McDonalds at times. This McDonalds off of 124 is by far one of the best McDonald's in the state. I typically loathe visiting McDonald's, but the quick service and friendly staff make this a place I do not mind visiting. There is no other McDonalds I've visited like this one.

Food: It's a McDonald's. A good but sort of cramped feeling menu. I feel like there should be more. The egg mcmuffin slaps.
Service: I go here early for breakfast as a fun thing for the family. The staff manages to mess up my order probably 80% of the time. But that isn't unique to this location. This is a Mcdonald's in general problem. The way they have it organized must be difficult or something because it's almost a certainty something will be botched about the order.

Stopped by here and was very disappointed. The wait in the Drive through was long. We got pulled out of line to wait. I don't mind waiting but the food should've been fresh. Cheese burgers and double cheeseburger were basically room temp. The fries were cold and the lady who brought our food out just threw the food at us and walk off.
