Ordered a works pizza along with other stuff. Took an hour to arrive and then I received a pizza with little to no meat on it. All pizzas ordered were undercooked and lacked flavor. VERY disappointed

I had an absolutely shocking and unacceptable experience with one of the delivery drivers from Papa John’s. During a delivery, that wasn’t to my home, a driver was caught on my camera engaging in extremely inappropriate behavior—he exposed himself and urinated on my property. This was all captured on video, and it's something that no one should ever have to experience.
This type of behavior is not only deeply unprofessional but also highly disturbing. I urge the company to take immediate action to address this issue and ensure that this driver is held accountable for his actions. I hope that they will implement stricter measures to prevent anything like this from happening in the future.
Until then, I cannot recommend papa John’s to anyone and I will never eat from there as the driver fondled himself while delivering pizzas. This experience has left me appalled and concerned decency of my neighborhood.

I ordered a large pizza with epic stuffed (cheese and pepperoni crust) the pizza was supposed to be pepperoni and additionally mushroom and olive were added. I paid $22.73 and received a pizza that was half pepperoni and the other half only had cheese, mushroom and olive did not have pepperoni and the crust did not have pepperoni, only cheese. ???

I will not order anything from this location anymore. Three strikes and you're out!! This is the third online order I've placed that has been wrong when we received it. This last time, the driver, Holden, didn't ring the doorbell, didn't knock on the door or anything to let us know our order had been delivered. My husband asked me if it hadn't been long enough since I ordered and when I checked the tracking info, it showed it had been delivered....LEFT ON THE GROUND IN FRONT OF OUR DOOR WITH NO NOTIFICATION TO US. LUCKILY, NO INSECTS OR ANIMALS HAD GOTTEN INTO IT. MY BUFFALO CHICKEN PAPADILLA HAD BACON ON IT...IT'S NOT SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE BACON AND NEVER HAS BEFORE! I had no Ranch sauce with it and when I tried calling the number on the receipt, 706-448-6180, it's not a valid number. On their Facebook page it shows a different number...could this be so no one can call to complain about their orders? As I said, this is the third order that's been incorrect and the whole idea of ordering online for delivery is so I didn't have to leave my house, but guess what, I had to leave my house. I get to the store and I'm told that I cannot get a refund...I didn't want a refund for the entire order, only my. I was told they couldn't give me a refund, only a Quality, something, something for use at a future date or they could remake my order...there's NO WAY I would trust my order being made "correctly"!! I called and left a very detailed message for Danny Oliver, who is supposed to be the manager, and I'll be curious to see if I get a return call. Whoever did their training needs to re-do it and maybe have their own training because they obviously don't train their drivers very well and their Customer Service seriously stinks!!

The pizza crust isn’t cooked. It’s paste in my mouth with slightly melted cheese. The people are great but fix the oven. It’s a waste of money
1. Don't ever order boneless wings or wings in general from Papa johns. 1st mistake ordering wings from A Franchised Pizza Joint.2. They weren't even fully tossed in sauce, which I Kinda was already expecting. Maybe it's just the location3. The chicken texture and taste are very much Mid !!Needs to allow fedunds on that garbage

I’m sorry but the pizza tasted like cardboard. Absolutely no flavor. I went in and I saw them using pre made pizza crust smh. The crust was so dry they didn’t put no butter or nothing on it. I’ll stick to Little Caesars where they actually roll their dough and use seasoning.
