A good friend who lives in the area put me on to Rosati's and I haven't had a bad meal to date. We ordered to but there was live music (folk and rock) being played and a local buzz around the bar. Our order takers were very polite and helpful. The food was good and held up even after a 40 min ride and oven reheat. One day I'll find time to dine in and have the whole experience. Stop in if your in the area or close by. Don't be alarmed by the gas station! I've learned in living here (Ga) for 11 yrs , some great food is attached to a lot of gas stations which is NOT IMAGINABLE (lol) up north.

White pizza with ricotta, Italian sausage, Evo, spinach and garlic. It was delicious. Our go to. It's costly but worth it bc generous on toppings 🙌

I love the pizza, but I ordered it yesterday and picked it up and it wasn’t even hot. And it was even colder when we got home.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. It seemed like a real fun neighborhood bar. Several people came in while we were there and seemed to know each other I would definitely recommend it.

They have a band that comes here to play that's very talented. Id gave this place the best possible rating because it is a nice establishment. I would go back but I'm just not in this town sadly.

Rosati's Pizza makes a great pie! They have some delicious traditional Italian dishes as well. It is a small restaurant and it gets very busy in the evenings. They do have a good size bar in the restaurant and a great selection of beverages. Dine in or take out, Rosati's is always a winner!

The food is very good; Chicago Style pizza, generous and delicious salads and zeppoli is my son's preferred dessert. The manager, April is very friendly and attentive.

Rosati’s in Hoschton, GA is a total game-changer!
I’ve had pizza all over Georgia, but Rosati’s in Hoschton takes the crown — no competition. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with friendly faces, a clean and cozy atmosphere, and the unmistakable smell of fresh, oven-baked goodness.

Their Chicago-Style Deep Dish Pizza is unreal — rich, cheesy, and loaded with flavor. The crust is golden and buttery, the sauce tastes homemade, and the ingredients are super fresh. You can tell they don’t cut corners. It’s like taking a bite out of Chicago itself, right here in Georgia!

We also tried the thin crust and Italian beef sandwich — both were amazing. The crust was crispy and light, and the sandwich was packed with flavor and served hot and juicy. And don’t skip the wings — they’re seasoned perfectly and cooked just right.

The staff here goes above and beyond. They’re fast, friendly, and genuinely care about your experience. You feel like a valued customer every single time.

Whether you’re local or just passing through, Rosati’s in Hoschton is an absolute must-visit. It’s not just pizza — it’s a full-on flavor experience you’ll keep coming back for.
🔥 11/10 — Highly recommended!

I like Rosatis. I came tonight, however, and it was not the best experience. The food was good. Pizza and calzone were a little under cooked. I had alfredo pasta, and my daughter had a Caesar side salad with chicken. There were more croutons and chicken than there was lettuce. When we got there there was one lovely blonde lady running the whole place. She handled or well. She had to leave, and three people replaced her. We were done with our meal as she was leaving. We weren't even acknowledged 30 min by any of the three people that replaced her. I had to flag down and get someone to make eye contact with me to get my check and to-go boxes. We then waited another 10 min for them to come back. We were there a total of 1 1/2 hours. Luckily, my kids aren't little because this would have been a nightmare if they were. The one waitress was amazing, and I applaud her for how well she handled a full bar and 4 tables by herself. She definitely needs a raise. The other three...disappointing. I probably won't be back.
