We had heard about this place from some of our neighbors. We were curious about an Italian restaurant attached to a gas station. Everyone was very friendly and the food was great. They put the football game on the TV for us and we had a great time. I would definitely give Rosati’s a try if you are in the Hoschton area.

Ordered a "Chicago Style" pizza. When they said how long that would need to cook, we ordered food to eat there so my daughters and I could make it to a movie and my husband could take the pizza home. The food came out over an hour later, and my husband couldn't take a bite of his sandwich (meatball parmesan) without it falling apart. There was so much sauce that the bread was mush. My daughter's boneless wings only tasted like oil, and there was more breading than chicken.

sadly this food is total trash. I went there tonight for my first time talked with a female manager owner. she told me that the pizza was so good that people drove from Atlanta to get it. I highly doubt that. we ordered large sausage on double crust which had zero flavor no basil no garlic no oregano. so disappointing. The crust was definitely pre-made frozen. we also ordered a large pepperoni sausage onion green pepper and black olive pizza which had the largest pieces of green pepper and the pepperoni was on the bottom which caused all the toppings to slide off when you picked it up. Plus the price is through the roof it cost $52 for two pizzas. that is ridiculous especially when it tastes like trash. 100% would not recommend. Plus it smelled like old seafood inside and no one was there. I should have ran for the door

Whether inside or out if you miss the Chicago pizza from home Rosatis delivers. We moved from IL 4 yrs ago and there are no pizza places that compare to Chicago pizza. This is a taste of home and even if I drive 24 min each way it is worth it. Great pizza , excellent value and the freshest ingredients and Square slices (crust or no crust) something for everyone. Is our staple every Sunday for football. The nugs are great also. People are very friendly and this little town has no idea what it has!!
Parking: Attached to a gas station so if you stay and eat (pizza is the freshest) they have beer or if you are taking home the gas station has beer and you can fill up as well. Triple play.
Kid-friendliness: For sure. Family friendly for sure.

I ordered 2 pizzas over the phone Saturday November 16th. They told me 35 minutes for them to be ready. I showed up in 40 minutes, waited an additional 40 minutes and the food still wasn’t ready. Another gentleman was waiting over an hour on sandwiches. I normally eat from this location and service is good. I guess because so many people were trying to get food for the Tyson/Paul fight, Rosati's couldn't keep up with the orders. after a hour and a half, I asked for a refund. The lady went in the back and never came back. I had to call the restaurant for someone to come to the front counter. The manager eventually came up and said give him a few minutes while he issues the refund. He disappeared in the back for 20 more minutes. At this point I'm like are the pizzas done? The lady went to check and never came back- again. I called the restaurant again to get someone to come to the front. I said get the manager because I have to go. It's going on 2 hours and I need to go somewhere else to get food and get home. Long story short, eventually the manager comes out with the receipts for people that asked for refunds and he had a number written on top. He said you should see the refund in 2-3 days. As me and another customer walked out, we noticed the same number was written on both of our receipts. Other people that were around said dispute it with your credit card company. I would not have given this review but seeing as though the manager out right lied like he did a refund where in fact he didn't, I decided to give a review. I disputed the charge today and it will take more time but in the future Rosati's, if you are extremely busy and can't keep up with the demand, at least be truthful and let people know it will take an hour or longer. I think people would be more understanding.

Sprung for the $40 deep dish, big mistake. The crust was not level on the bottom and did not cook all the way in some parts. It was doughy and didn't have as much cheese as you would expect, it just didn't taste good at all. Very disappointing we will never go back. They said to please give them 30 minutes, which we did but it was cold when we picked it up, cold and raw.

Very nice people very clean place one of the cleanest I've seen in a long time there was like a vibe there 🥳 I forgot to check the bathrooms sorry but everything I did see was 5 star plus and there was other customers there just enjoying themselves like home and that warmed my heart.. the pizzaaaaaaaa I don't like thin crust and the thin crust here is amazing the first time I've ever enjoyed eating a thin crust pizza omg u must try it the Classic combo is the one we got and the Fett Alfr with shrimp 🥰♥️ the lady who took my order was so sweet she was busy and didn't rush me just Polite I loved it here .... we spent about 38 dollars and change and it was worth every penny

Very disappointed in the pizza. Being from Chicago, the deep dish pizza is not even remotely close to a Chicago Deep Dish pizza. I'm not sure what kind of sauce was used, but it is not remotely authentic. Way too sweet. Pretty much everything about this was a cheap imitation.

Based on the good reviews we decided to go to try this place out. We were extremely satisfied and surprised by the outstanding service and delicious food. If I could give more than five stars I would. We will definitely be going back. 😍
