Such a unique place. Great choices for lunch but make sure you get there early or something may run out. I had my favorite of fried livers. Yummy!! But there are so many other choices and real good Southern cooking. Reasonable prices and plenty of parking. They have a dedicated door to go in for take out orders.

Parking: No trouble at all finding parking. We went a little after lunch time.
Kid-friendliness: Nice atmosphere and wasn't loud or crowded. The people who worked there and the few customers dining inside where we ate were also very nice.

Did takeout here once because I didn't feel like driving 20 miles to the nearest town and this is the only restaurant in Irwinton, so "beggars can't be choosers", right? Surprisingly, the fried chicken had a nice coating to it and was seasoned well, but unfortunately the sides were less impressive. This place isn't going to blow you away, but it is what it is... a small family diner in a small town.
