I like the food there however their AI computer that operates the drive-through is infuriating. I know there’s a lot of older generation that eat here but will not use this technology. As much as I like their breakfast, I will go somewhere else because of how frustrating the drive-through process is now. Please get back to allowing people to work with people. This technology actually slows down the process.

Went for our dinner tonight, waited because they didn't have the chicken.. Should have looked closer to what they gave me, came home with all wings a thigh and everything was cold - did they take the fresh chicken home? Called for a refund at 8:45 and they were closed - they're supposed to be open till 10.. Bunch of mopey miserable people working there too, they did not want to work, and made me pay for coming in and making them work by giving terrible food and service..

Always clean, always friendly staff, but they're clearly not following boj biscuit procedures properly. The biscuits are always way underdone and cold, and the steak patty is never hot, but oh well lol.

Always get the same thing! Delicious chicken biscuits! Always drive through service . Both myself and fiance love Bojangles. However i feel they are very pricey. But we will pay bc you can get a biscuits anytime of day or night. They always are delicious.

Drive threw is terrible an automated order recording went inside and is as cold inside as outside was told heater been broke for some time no wonder my food was cold and the staffs attitude is a direct reflection of the shape of the restaurant ( terrible)
