I do not like the new AI drive thru ordering.... has gotten order wrong everytime!!! But the person at the window has fixed it and everything worked out- BUT if it was a busy time that would be an absolute mess!!!

Didn’t get biscuits. Went back to get them and they only gave us 6. Should have been 10. Tenders were puny processed chicken. Very unsatisfied spent $86.76, really expected better service and quality.

I stopped coming here about nine months ago because every single time we tried, I was told they were out of chicken. Tonight on my way home I decided to give it one more shot...HUGE MISTAKE!!! Out of chicken and out of biscuits. I was told it would be ten minutes for biscuits and they had three thighs left so we took it. I should have had food at 6:25 at the Kate's and it is now 6:52 and I just got the food. Breakfast is always fine but please don't waste your money or time going here for dinner. It's been this was for over five years so not sure why I thought it would change now. On top of all of this, the restaurant is disgusting. Extremely dirty. I was totally grossed out when I saw it. Thankfully the employee working the window Was extremely kind and it's not her fault, it's the Manager's fault for not knowing when his pars are getting low and when he should be dropping chicken and baking biscuits. We will not be back. #Bojanglesdobetter

I have not had this chicken in a while... it was FRESH...but the taste and the looks of it was not it! maybe I watch the commercials to much... not good...but nice service on drive thru .
