Absolutely hate an automated AI whatever you want to call it ordering system at the drive-thru. Please put a live person back on there!!!!

The absolute worst on the east coast. Food is old anddisgusting. The drive through lady fed a dog through the drive through window then served food to patrons. Yuck. We ended up throwing out the food we bought.

first time at this location but it's by my house so I wanted to try it out. I got a chicken biscuit meal and two bo berry biscuits and a sweet tea. The chicken was super hard the hashbrowns were burnt they were a dark brown. The tea tasted old. Super disappointing I never leave negative reviews but it's disappointing getting home and the food not being decent it went right into the trash. very disappointing, friendly window girl though.

recently visited Bojangles and had a good experience overall. The drive-thru line was a bit long, but once we got to the window, the staff made up for it with their friendly and efficient service. The food was fresh and delicious as always. While the wait was a bit longer than expected, the quality and the staff’s great attitude made it worth it.

What happened to this bojangles? last time i came 2 years ago it was a mess, but now it's smooth like clockwork putting out food the way i expect it to be. Props to the employees and management at this location.

Recieved wrong family meal. There was only 2 potatoes, should have been 3. No gravey.
They need to do away with AI.

By far one of the best Bojangles in the chain period!!! Our server made sure we had everything, and even ran back in because she realized something was missing. That is great service!!!

I took my son there for a fast food dinner never having been there before. He got a Supreme (chicken tenders) kid's meal and my roommate for a chicken sandwich. I then got a chicken box and some biscuits. I enjoyed the taste of the biscuits especially with a bit of butter and jelly. Chicken was good as well. My son ate all of his meal (picky eater). The place was mostly empty and felt as if they were getting ready to close for the night. I had to wait 12 minutes for more chicken but that was okay. I didn't quite enjoy the tea but I think it was just me, don't like drinking too much sugar and the cup had a leak which I didn't notice until I got home and had tea rings on my desk. The people were friendly and polite, but it did take a bit of time for someone to take our order. It was like they were doing stuff in the back because it was slow at the moment. Overall experience for my first time at Bojangles was great and I can see myself eating there again.
