Prison turned into a cafe, it's a pleasant experience eating here just have to shake the feeling that it's an old time jail. Could potentially remove the shower in the kids play room as I didn't want my son playing in it.

Cream and Shuga is such a great place to grab a yummy latte, breakfast, or lunch! The Greek Nachos are my go-to—so fresh and delicious. We always feel like family when we walk in, and they’re so sweet to my 3-year-old, always offering her free treats. It’s become a favorite spot for both of us!

Came here to see family and evacuate from Hurricane Milton for a week (Saint Pete, FL). We are going to miss this place. Been there a few times this week already. Had the Augusta Blt, gyro salad, ham, egg and cheese croissant and sugar free hazelnut iced latte. Everything was perfection, price was reasonable and very friendly service. Thanks for making us feel at home away from home!

This is such a cool cafe. I love coming here for breakfast and coffee in the mornings when I'm in town. The girls that work there try really hard, and do an excellent job. The food is so good, and for the price point it seems crazy that it's that good. We always feel welcomed when we come here and the syrup selection for the coffee is unhinged. Love this place and hope it continues to be successful ❤️

Cream and sugar is a hidden gem in Jefferson! They have great latte’s and food! The Augusta sandwich was great. You won’t regret trying them out, With the new owners it seems like they are improving the service and food. Very clean, very friendly staff.
