The food and drinks are great and though not cheap I would still say it’s less than and a better value when compared to Starbucks. I give the cleanliness 5 stars. The woman who took the order was great as well.
Suggestion would be stevia sweetener availability. Maybe they have it, I didn’t ask.
Order breakfast sandwiches and coffee, both were delicious. They have plenty of flavors for their coffees and options formaking your breakfast sandwich they way you want. Definitely will be back next time we are in town. Also the jail portion is so cool.

Charming Coffee Spot with a Must-Try Raspberry White Chocolate Mocha
I recently visited Cream and Shuga Coffee, and it quickly became one of my favorite places! Their raspberry white chocolate mocha is absolutely divine—rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced between the sweetness of the white chocolate and the fruity tang of raspberry. It’s a drink that feels like a warm hug in a cup.
The food is just as delightful. They offer a variety of fresh, flavorful options, from hearty breakfast sandwiches to delectable pastries. I tried their pecan pie bar, and it was exceptional—flaky, warm, and bursting with flavor.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, Brandi and her friendly staff genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. Whether you're stopping by for a quick pick-me-up or spending the afternoon working or catching up with friends, this coffee shop is the perfect spot.
Highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates great coffee and tasty food! I’ll definitely be back.

I was on the verge of offering a 5 for atmosphere just because the restaurant was an old jail with such uniquely revamped jail cell spaces for gathering and working. Almost. However, the wifi was sketchy over the entire building--hopefully they can get that fixed. The food was fine. The wait service was okay--I had the wrong creamer, and it would have been nice if they had called out my name when my coffee was ready instead of my my having to watch and ask.
BUT the uniqueness of the rooms to sit and study, work, or have a small group meeting was AMAZING.
With a little more attention to customer service and some wi-fi fixes and maybe some adjustments to the menu....this could be THE place to go. LOTS of potential here.

This place was ok. The oatmeal was dry and the food didn’t look that appetizing. The ham was burnt but my kids ate it. It was just okay Waffle House is definitely better than this. 😩

Prison turned into a cafe, it's a pleasant experience eating here just have to shake the feeling that it's an old time jail. Could potentially remove the shower in the kids play room as I didn't want my son playing in it.

My only complaint is the concrete and steel makes for a noisy environment. It was once the city jail. Needs some carpet and wall covering
