I used to order dominos more than I’d like to admit. Now. It’s maybe once every few months. This location continuously overcooks food (after they make you wait)… and just yesterday, I had a concern with the pizza and my concerns were completely disregarded. The guy just walked away while I was showing him. Rude staff can really ruin the whole night.

Great pizza. We had it delivered and it came extremely hot. The deliverer was very nice and it was easy to place my order. The pizza was also really good and very cheesy.

Ordered 3 pizzas to pick up for go order. Said 30 min for pick up. So I arrived at about 35 min and was told my order is still being prepared. Said to come back in 15. Came back and still not even in the oven! Very disappointed. Manager was in back watching football, hardly anyone up front making pizzas. Place was crazy backed up. The one girl was working her butt off to do register, ovens and make pizzas. They need better management!

As of right now still waiting on our order that was placed over an hour and a half ago. Missing the suggested wait time by over 45mins. Newly updated app tracking is not working, neither was the store locator so we could contact them directly to figure out what was going on. After speaking to Store team they are swamped (Sat. Night) and only have 2 drivers. A realistic wait time would have saved us a lot of frustration bc we would have taken business else where. Also frustrated with the app. Just updated and tons of issues.
Update: food arrived. Food was probably ready an hour ago when it should have been delivered. Luke warm and obviously had been sitting in a warmer for an extended period of time. We ate it 1. Because we hungry 2. Because we needed to put the kids to bed. When we called and spoke with store team we asked if the order would be hot and they said yes. Guess we should have asked if it would be hot and fresh, but they probably would have said yes to that as well. If you are busy and you know your drivers are extremely behind, why wouldn't you wait to make the food until closer to the actual delivery time? Quality product would have probably changed this expierence around.

Ordered a large order it took over 2hrs to get here. After receiving the order it was incorrect & the driver gave me the wrong receipt. I called the store 10xs or more that night & the store kept hanging up on me. I called the next day to be told they would credit the acct for the full meal with delivery. I called today to get the replacement to be told they don't have any info for the replacement & thru couldn't help me. I asked for a name he refused to give me one, I asked for the franchise owners name he refused. He hung up on me. I called back & asked again for his name he refused then he hung up on me again. Terrible service!!

Always dissapointing. My philly cheesecake had hardly anything inside of it. Few bits of meats and mushrooms hardly any cheese and most of it was all burnt around it, awful, so lottle I could see bread. That's not how they make the sandwich look on the website. Couldn't believe they can skimp their paying customers like that. Not to mention one day we ordered a pepperoni pizza and only one slice of pizza had only 2 pepperoni. No joke. I mean that's just sad? No good. It's the customer service of youngens now adays. Treat others food how you would like it to be. Period
Ordered one large pizza at 12:25 they cancelled the order after it went through online. Didn’t see it till I arrived and the doors were locked at 12:35 employees pretended not to see I was there and locked the doors before they were closed
