Guys you gotta do better. I should not be waiting in line for 20+ minutes for a mobile order i placed 15 minutes prior. Not sure what the deal is but this is unsatisfactory.

Employees have been extremely rude and unorganized every time we’ve been there. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line for them to make us pull forward until our food was ready and still forgot half our order (the half we did get was only half way correct) AFTER walking to where we were parked and asking us what we were waiting for.

The main reason I come to Dunkin is for the chocolate cream donut. Out of all the times I’ve went up to this location and asked for this specific donut I think I may have gotten it twice. They always give the same excuse of “it didn’t come in our order this morning.” In my opinion they never have a descent variety of donuts to choose from in the first place. Which is not something that I’ve encountered at other locations. To me that is highly unacceptable and lets me know that they don’t care to keep up with inventory.

Usually I go through there drive thru. My ordered is always accurate and drive through moves quickly.
We went inside on a late Saturday morning the service was fine. Very limited on donut selection available. It was GAs 1st game so maybe everything was picked over.
While if appeared they were not be at time many of the tables were dirty as well as the floor.
