Stopped in to give this Jersey Mike's a try. Thumbs up for freshness, quality, and Service. It did take quite a bit longer to get a hot option than the cold. They are new so I suppose they are still working the kinks out.

Whoever was on the clock at 11:15 (ish) on 2/8/24..... absolutely wonderful human beings. Every last one of them were so friendly, sweet and kind! I'll be back a lot more for sure.

Don’t use the pickup option. The food is great but don’t pickup. Your time quoted will be off by up to 10 minutes. Come in and order normally. Stand in line and accept your fate. The food is worth it. The pickup, unless you plan to come 10 minutes after your quoted time, is not.

Large Philly sub, no extras, after they shake you down for a tip: 20 DOLLARS! It was light and the ends of the sub were empty. What wrong with fast food these days?

Love Jersey Mike's and the team wasn't rude, but it was CHAOTIC. The server making my sandwich stopped to answer the phone with gloves on touching the following: phone, register, his nose, armpits while pacing back and forth. The server next to him was missing items from the previous sandwich and took meat off my sandwich to complete the sandwich for the customer she was waiting on. When the customer corrected her, she put the meat back on my sandwich. No one continued my order or said anything to me. I quietly left and went to Chick-fil-A.

First time eating at Jersey Mike’s. Probably one of the best Philly Cheese I had in a long time. Everything is cooked fresh that was the best part of it. Clean place, staff was great. First impression make everything, great job to this store and staff. A+++
I’ve been against having a Jersey Mikes put here since I first heard of its opening, had never had it but wasn’t fond of the menu I had seen. That being said, tmobile had free regular sized subs for their Tuesday offer so my husband got subs. I put the order in on the app, and walked in right when it said it’d be ready. Everyone was nice and welcoming but i waited probably 15 minutes because everyone’s orders kept getting mixed up. They had to reopen bags, remake things etc so I think this process should be streamlined.. for the subs though, I got the BLT and my husband got the Club Sub and both were DELICIOUS! We are def fans now!
