I Know this Kroger could care less about their reviews,however I will post this there is The RUDEST person that works there pushing around the home online shopping cart named Jordan she is rude not courteous and just plain disrespectful shoppers management should be aware of her this cannot be the first complaint of this

went to kroger yesterday and bought 2 packs of hamburger meat. when i get home to cook dinner tonight my meat has turned brown. it is not supposed to be froze until tomorrow. my other pack of meat is still pink but i don’t think im going to eat any more meat from there. i dont understand how it turns completely brown that quick…kinda scary

Absolutely disgusting store! The past 3 times I’ve gone in the evenings there were customers with small dogs in the shopping carts! These people are so bold they don’t even try faking them as a service animal. This goes against ADA laws and shouldn’t be allowed. I even seen workers look right at this woman’s filthy shih Tzu that was walking around in a shopping cart! Do better! These people with fake service animals make things harder for handlers that actually need a SA. These customers are trash and there is absolutely no reason they can’t leave their dogs at home while they go to the grocery store. This location isn’t protecting their law abiding customers and putting all of us in danger of contracting fleas, worms and other illnesses by allowing people to clearly break the law in their stores. And shame on these customers thinking the law doesn’t apply to them! You’re gross and your dog isn’t special. No one is going to give you the attention you so desperately crave, we’re disgusted.

New layout at this store is a waste. Produce section is now small and too focused on prepackaged items. New layout reduced staple canned goods. Kroger as a whole carries too many seafood items from China which doesn't have same environmental controls. Seem to be reducing the better Kroger items for more expensive organic items.
The pharmacy is full of rude people! They never send a text or call to tell me I have prescriptions ready despite being on the list to receive such calls. You are ALWAYS waiting for long periods and they only gave me 30 of the 90 pills the prescription is for. They stated insurance wouldn't cover it so they broke it up to save me cost, which is fine. The problem is they did NOT bother to simply tell me so I would be aware and to get the other half at a different time when needed. WOW wake up people!!!!

Awful grocery store. Two resets of the store in a short time and both have been a jumbled mess. Store is old with gross floors and rude/indifferent employees. So SO glad Publix has opened up a gorgeous store recently with another one right around the corner. Have always been loyal 15 years to Kroger, but their recent choices of "remodels" and taking away staple items I loved and now just pack the store with6 kind of the same junk item, I'm over it. I am now a loyal Publix customer and a very happy grocery customer now.
