Finally ordered a cake from Mady Cakes, and it was amazing! I got Pumpkin Dream with the Painted Flowers design and included some notes on colors to make it more fall-ish, and it could not be more perfect in the way it looked and tasted! The cake was moist and flavorful, the whipped cinnamon cream cheese icing was surprisingly light, and the buttercream was to die for. If you love a good buttercream, you will not be disappointed. The online ordering process is so easy, and the prices are fair. We are so fortunate to have this bakery in Jefferson and want them to stay for a long time. We will definitely be ordering more cakes - and stopping by for other treats - in the future!

We ordered from Mady Cakes Bakery for the first time yesterday. The cascade design was GORGEOUS. It was so beautiful, that none of us thought the cake could possibly taste as good as it looked. We were wrong. We have the chocolate layer cake, which was moist, and included two layers of chocolate filling. The icing was perfect, not too cloyingly sweet, but brought out the rich taste of the chocolate cake. We will be ordering again and again! Thank you!

We order from here on a weekly basis and we haven’t found a single item that we don’t enjoy. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients and just genuinely put together with love. Even my husband says these are the best sweets he’s ever had. Nothing is over the top, sticky sweet. “Perfect,” is the best word to describe it.
We will ALWAYS recommend Mady’s.

We have had a lot of amazing cakes and cupcakes from various bakers around the area but none of them compare to Mady's. The flavors are rich, without being overpowering. The cakes and cupcakes are moist, without being dense and heavy. And somehow they are sweet but not so sweet that after a few bites you think you won't be able to finish your serving. Plus, the ratio of cake to buttercream is perfect. You honestly have to try them and see for yourself! You won't be disappointed!
