It says open 24/7 in here it is 12:25 a.m. trying to get some coffee to stay awake driving this tow truck and nobody will answer this is the third McDonald's I've been to come on get better this is bullshit , not a care in the world they need to be fired there is no fixing them

How do you mess up coffee orders this badly? The “iced vanilla” I ordered came out as some kind of sweet iced tea with milk. We had to turn around and go inside just to get it fixed. The staff asked twice what size I wanted while literally I was holding a large cup, and still gave me a medium!! Absolutely pathetic service and zero attention to detail.

I think if you were thinking of McDonald’s like it used To be years ago, that is probably your first mistake. This location just like every other one that I’ve been to because of my Kids. It is the slowest fast food on the market.

they put on their menus that they have hello kitty happy meals and i got a damn mario kart why would they put on their menu that they have a hello kitty and ninja turtle toy if they don’t have it

I personally don't eat there, but my wife said her food was good. Her order got messed up but the issue was quickly resolved.

Its been over a year of back and forth emails with customer service. I made an order through the app & they didn't have the items. The drive thru employee said there is nothing he can do to get refunded & i'd have to email customer service. They always respond with some one will reach out for the $10 refund and they still have not.
Went for my lunch break and proceeded to spend 20+ mins for my food and when I finally got it, my drink wasn’t even the right drink, it was a dr.pepper I asked for coke. I came here it get a quick and easy lunch and have time for my lunch break but I waited 25 mins for my food and by the time I got back only had 15 left to eat
