Disgusting inside, rude and unhelpful staff and unbelievably slow!! People waiting for 30 mins for a small order, no straws or napkins. Dirty tables and spilled drinks on floor. Restrooms looked as they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks and no toilet paper, soap scum all over mirrors and floor. Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star rating.

perfect hot and salted golden fries perfect fish filet perfect tea dark honey brown not overly sweet and weak served in 2 minutes 9 pm 12/26 ...why can't all of their restaurants have food made this perfectly and served this fast seasoned perfectly hot and almost fainted was so delicious

Meh, Burgers i got were kinda dry, pickles only on a half if them & it was extra pickles so i had like 6 pickles on one side 0 on the other half, order also took alot longer then expected it to be, nuggets were fine, and wasnt really a friendly vibe in my opnion. if you want cheap ok food then go here ig. its super slow but still took a while for my order, burgers were definently sitting for a bit since they were dry. fiancee said chicken sandwiches were ok.

This was horrible I was sitting in the curbside parking for 30 minutes! For a single mcflurry so I decided to go inside to see the store filled with people some of the kiosk down and no one working at the register. they didn't even know who's orders were who's. I asked a worker about my curbside order the worker asked what we ordered what seemed really unprofessional since I'm guessing they had lost our order in their system or cancelled it out. I simply told her we ordered a mcflurry and she said she couldn't make one but she said she could make me a milkshake I appreciate the milkshake but it's unprofessional to not have orders together and not coming out to our car and telling us that they can't make mcflurrys. I will not be coming back

They had a whole bunch of sealed orders at the pickup counter and only one had a receipt on them. The lobby was packed full of people and we had literally only ordered 3 frozen drinks. And ordered about 20-25 mins before we even showed up. My app said the order wasn’t ready but the screen at the counter said it was, but every time I went up to the counter there were no new orders up there, just the ones without a receipt. Everyone was getting mad and trying to feel the outside of the bags to see if it was theirs without opening the seal, but they couldn’t. No one came to the counter except for about 3 times for like 5 seconds each time the whole 45 minutes we were waiting in the lobby. Someone in there said they had already been waiting about 30 minutes before we got there and was still there waiting when we left. I understand being busy but having customers waiting for over an hour when there are full bags of completed orders sitting on the shelf BEHIND the counter? That’s crazy. We ended up saying whatever with the 7 dollars and left without our drinks and went to speedway to get slushies. This was not a pleasant trip at all.

This McDonald’s is a JOKE waited two hours for my DoorDash order just do it to be missing half the order and my drink have gone in a SEALED bag. No sauce no fries 5 nuggets for my 10 piece MEAL. Wanna call an talk to them about it? Good luck the phone just rings and rings

They let me sit it the drive-thru for about 10 minutes not once did they say a word even though I was saying hello and everything was on and they wer clearly opened this is about 1:30 in the morning. it seems like night crew is never working they frequently act like they're not open and they will usually turn off the lights after sombody sits there for a minute and hide inside and in their cars, but this time they didn't do that and as I drove away I saw one dude in the window still with the mic on his head pointing at me and laughing, the fact that it was a joke to them that they weren't providing service during open hours had me fumeing.

Absolutely ridiculous. I understand being short-staffed, but asking me to pull up to the curbside parking spot then forgetting to bring me my order for 30 minutes while serving the 10 cars that came after me is unacceptable. And proceeding to bring me the wrong order three times. It’s unfortunate this is the nearest McDonald’s to me.

Online order... lazy staff wouldn't bring the order out to the mobile order parking... waited 30 minutes before I had to go inside and pickup the order myself... this isn't the first time they've done this. What's the point of having those parking spaces if your lazy employees won't complete the orders properly... 0 stars for customer service...

Nasty places to eat. Never clean the toilet over flow frequently. Ppl are rude as hell and mean. And the wait times are completely ridiculous. employees do not wash their hands

Dark curly hair in the fries. Probably from the dude with a dark curly beard and NO BEARD OR HAIR NET AT 11:30PM 11/15..No nuggets that we paid for. Messed up my wife's quarter pounder. We said no condiments, just cheese, bacon and the patty, and they wanted to put a little ketchup smiley face on it. What if she was allergic to tomatoes?! We were there for almost 30 minutes (yes, literally) and had to be home because we have jobs too so we couldn't get the sandwich. There were 2 or 3 other cars that came through the drive thru throughout this half hour and they acted like they were busier than ever...I once worked in fast food for 8 months. We had to close at my old job while we had 5 doordashes on the screen and 2 or 3 drive thru orders at once. We didn't complain. This is just pitiful.
